Game Unable to Load-Urgent

My game has been unable to load for over four hours. I have rebooted my computer and restarted everything multiple times with no success. The game remains stuck on the loading screen. However, my alt account is able to log in without any issues. This needs immediate attention and escalation to the developers, as today is the final day of the tycoon event and I am unable to access the game. SS attached.
