Is tycoon missing and hot events

last week you manage to reenter my user into teebik 1386 name pepe, but in the server have dispeared all the other users and also it has not occur the Tycoon event, neither hot events that use to change every several days. it looks like a desert server. Only 3 player of the same guild.

What could have happened?
