The toughest season of Alliance Conquest continued for SKR and SiR ST, who find themselves in a dire situation ahead of the fifth round of the season. They had only managed to win once out of the four duels they had, an outcome which no one could have predicted at the start of the season, where they believed that 3 wins were going to be easily achievable. Every opponent had managed to outpower them, not through tactics, but sheer raw power, that was what SKR lacked.

Their strategy was always solid, with Bower as their strategist, they knew exactly what was good to do and what was not. He knew how to prepare everyone ahead of the matches, but they lacked the sheer power of other alliances. This created the dire situation that they found themselves in, however, SiR ST was not going to easily accept this, and neither was Bower, who was going to try and hone the approach even better to ensure smooth sailing for this and the last round.

In the last matches, Bower saw great results in races by having the rally leaders attempt it, and this time he was going to have the same, hoping that it would bring about a different result. SiR ST agreed with this plan, as one of the rally leaders who was not afraid of racing, he could not see a safer fighting style to secure early points. At their level the teams either would not swap the holder at all, or they would do so flawlessly. This was the best approach that they could think of.

The opponents for this round were going to be PRP, an alliance that SKR had faced in the past, however it was a completely different scenario back then, SKR had come out triumphant under the commandership of Xarsh and LoD, who had sadly departed the alliance after the end of that season. PRP was going to face against a brand new SKR, one of which they could defeat, the battle ahead was going to be a do or die for SiR ST and Bower, one which they did not know if they could win this time around.

Despite not knowing how the battle was going to play out in terms of strength, SiR ST had faith that the guidance provided by Bower was going to be enough. The one warrior of PRP which SiR ST was scared of was лорд 777, he knew that his strength would be a problem for everyone else other than himself and Bower this match. He was a relentless fighter in the past match where they faced each other, and SiR ST believed that was not going to change ahead of this match.

Once both sides joined the battlefield, it was clear that neither alliance was going to let the other take the victory: the numbers were crushingly equal, and so was the strength. It would all come down to the races and reinforcements of the buildings. This bolstered SiR ST's confidence in the victory, SKR was still on track to achieve the goal of 3 wins this season!

When the races started, SiR ST only watched from afar for now, and he witnessed something almost perfect: SKR won 3 out of four buildings. This was the perfect start for them, all of the holders were also rally leaders, they will only need to reinforce and not worry about anything else.

But Bower had more grandiose plans, he wanted to rally the outpost before the ports unlocked, to get complete control of the battlefield. The warriors of SKR followed his guidance carefully, and it proved to be the right choice, PRP had a big lack of reinforcements, and now SKR was holding everything on the battlefield.

This was not going to last for long however, as new races were about to start: the ports were going to unlock. They are very important to capture, and Bower was going to be content with holding at least one. When the bubbles dropped however, he was in for a surprise, both of them were flawlessly captured by SKR. SiR ST couldn't believe his eyes, the battle that seemed very equal on paper was going very one sided in SKR's favour. This was a great but pleasing surprise.

There was only one obstacle left in SKR's way, Casterly Rock, the most important building of all, the one that if they lose could bring about the comeback of PRP. Thankfully for SKR, SiR ST was going to be racing for it, as one of the strongest and fastest, this was his building to take, the pressure was on him.

With his experience on these kind of scenarios, he was not letting emotions overwhelm him, instead he fully controlled them and that showed in his race once the bubble had dropped. He was the first to capture it by a long mile, SKR could feel the victory with their fingertips.

PRP had nothing to lose now however, there were also no more buildings unlocking, and as it seemed, they were going to go all in on offense led by лорд 777. Bower laughed in the face of danger, believing that the reinforcements which SKR had were going to be enough, but that was a vital mistake.

PRP first captured the tower of the warrior after a lackluster reinforcement by SKR. This granted them better strength against all other buildings, which continued to fall under pressure. лорд 777 was soloing all that he could, left and right, without holding back, the match had taken a turn for the worse all of a sudden, and before they knew it, even the ports were dropped.

SiR ST was only watching unable to do anything in response, he was locked in Casterly Rock, unable to help his teammates other than reinforce, but no one seemed to do that simple task. Bower could not believe that this was the reason why SKR would lose once again. The buildings were spread too thin, and the overconfidence had bit them back.

PRP now had turned the tables on every building except a single one: Casterly Rock. SiR ST was going to be the last stand between PRP and the chance for a victory. However, it did not depend just on him, but on the reinforcements, or the lack thereof. It was once again a repeat of the same scenario with the other buildings. No reinforcements, the building fell under PRP's control.

SiR ST then tried his best to obtain a few buildings back, but it was simply not possible. The time was running low, and SKR did not have the troops necessary to make the comeback. Bower was disheartened, he believed that the match was won, but it seemed that so did everyone else, and this made them stop spending resources in an attempt to save up for the last match. This was a critical mistake as well, in the end many factors made the difference in this round.

SiR ST had to accept the defeat, but he was struggling with the thought. He knew that he could not do anything at this point, only focus on the future, but with the last round coming in a few days, he was not feeling motivated, he needed something to make him bounce back. Perhaps a great battle would make him shine bright again with hope.
