Revenge of the fallen - [N0X] vs [RRH] - Alliance Conquest - Season 21 Round 4

This season of Alliance Conquest is flying by and its heading to the 4th round already, [N0X] is 2 wins 1 loss after 3 rounds, they won against [OBV] and [NoS] followed by a very big loss against [RoD] so the 4th round will most likely be do or die for their goal of reaching Ultimate Conquest. As the time between rounds is very short, only a few days, the [N0X] leadership did their best to raise alliance members moral after the loss against [RoD] while at the same time they started strategizing for the 4th round. The few days went on quickly and it was already time to register for the next round so Scythe. the queen of [N0X] did so and everyone waited patiently for the matchmaking to be done by the Old Gods. At midnight sharp the results arrived by raven and everyone in [N0X] rushed to see whom they are facing.

The news wasn't good, they were set to face [RRH] an alliance that they faced a few times in the past seasons, and they always lost but this time [N0X] was determined to play as good as they can and score a much-needed win if they wanted to keep hopes for the Ultimate Conquest. The [N0X] leadership used the hours left till fight time to strategize the best they could. Soon, it was already evening, and everyone took their best troops and commanders along with their most skilled dragons and marched towards the Alliance Conquest battlefield. They arrived just in time as the battlefield gates opened, and everyone started entering and setting their camps on the spot assigned to them by the leadership. Attendance was great on both sides and with just a few seconds before the round start, the board was showing 93 warriors for [N0X] against 92 warriors for [RRH].

The fight started with the opening of the 2 outposts, the temple of mother and tower of warrior and Shado was assigned to race for the tower of the warrior, but did he manage to win this time? As the public expected, he didn't, however [N0X] managed to win all 4 buildings with NIGHTKING, Araxxor, Chrystal and Belore II. Then it was time for swaps and [N0X] tried to swap temple of the mother first, trying to get VERGO there instead of Chrystal. Unfortunately, [RRH] had a slow march on temple that managed to intercept [N0X]'s swap and they took the building. Then [N0X] proceeded to swap tower of the warrior, trying to get Grombold there instead of NIGHTKING, and this time the swap worked way better, [N0X] was way better coordinated and [RRH] had no slow march to intercept. The swap was done right in time as [RRH] instantly rallied the Lannister Outpost to try and equal the point generation

They almost managed to take'it but Araxxor strength and the last man defending combined with them not noticing to send a solo in time saved the building for [N0X]. Meanwhile [N0X] organized a wave of rallies to retake the temple of mother they lost during the swap. The wave of rallies was sped up and took [RRH] by surprise, so temple of mother returned to [N0X] as well. Now it was time for port to open and Shado was assigned to race for the Lannister port, did he manage to actually win this race though?

He actually did, against all odds and all predictions, Shado actually managed to win a race in Alliance Conquest. Not only that he won, but when a swap was called, he executed his part perfectly, the port went to NIGHTQUEEN. Not only that but the other port got into [N0X] hands and was secured by NIGHTKING. However, [RRH] took advantage of [N0X] being busy with ports and they managed to take both outposts and temple of mother and the points per minute was almost equal now. [N0X] then proceeded to try and retake the outposts.

They managed to take Targaryen outpost without too much opposition from [RRH] and the points were flowing into their favor and now it was time for Casterly Rock. Unfortunately, Shado's flip flops didn't work a second time and the CR went to [RRH]. But [N0X] could already taste the victory and as soon as the bubble dropped, they made a huge wave of rallies and proceeded to speed them all to try and take [RRH] by surprise.

Not only that they managed to take the Casterly Rock, but they had a swap already on the going, and MAKIMA took Araxxor's place there and remained unchallenged till the end of the round. Buildings kept swapping hands and just as mines were about to open, [N0X] needed just one of them to win while [RRH] needed both to have a chance at winning. As it was proven on the rest of the match, [N0X] racers were on fire, and they managed to get not one but both mines with NIGHTQUEEN and Araxxor. They both kept them and [RRH] made a big wave of rallies trying to kick Araxxor out. If [N0X] would manage to stand their ground and not lose the mine, the fight would've been won.

He managed to hold with the help of the reinforcements and as mine points draw at a quick rate, [RRH] just had time for one more wave of rallies before the points were exhausted. They tried again but [N0X] reinforced swiftly as they did for the whole fight and managed to hold once again. With no way to recover the points difference [RRH] had to give up and admit defeat.

Insanely well fought match by [N0X] that gave their hearts and souls (and speedups) on the battlefield, and it shown. They are now 3-1 and they can see the Ultimate Conquest at the end of the tunnel, But the road there it's dark and filled with monsters, can they overcome the challenges in the last 2 rounds and qualify? We'll have to wait and see. See you all on the battlefield!
