Three Way KVK and the Controlled Chaos

The Old Gods must have been drinking heavily, in celebration for the Sixth anniversary of Game of Thrones Winter is Coming. For the Celebratory KVK they decided Kingdom vs Kingdom in a 24 hr battle royale was not exciting enough lol. Hmmm if two is good, THREE would be Epic, is how I am sure their thought process went. Then the gods laughed and laughed, if this was already this funny, just wait until the shenanigans start at least it would be no death lol…

The two Kingdoms we faced were K332 home of BUL

And 404 which had a nice size group of PLQ members

Upon looking at the enemy servers, I liked our chances against BUL. It's not that they are weak, but there was no whales or whales in training, it was a fairly even matchup. PLQ on the other hand had some known heavy hitters. The cunning and strong LuciferNorbi

There was another with them Zylii… Where did I know that name from. It was bugging me like you wouldn’t believe. CCS maybe, I wondered. I have joined PLQ before. It was driving me crazy.

There was no time for that now I would figure it out later, we had to strategize NOW, it would begin soon. Our Kingdom is more about enjoying kvk, with fun outranking winning or losing. It was a no death kvk, but how would this play out? I know how to navigate normal kvks, the enemy is there, home is here. Protect home, get the enemy.  

This felt different, we could be dominating one and get wiped by the next. Two Kingdoms could work together to gang up on the third. The possibilities were endless and I had some time for enjoying the Shenanigans, for once.

As KVK started I left Skeeter unbubbled, hoping some unsuspecting player would attack her. I didn’t have to wait long, PLQ's own Ted showed up and launched his attack…

I screamed at the report…

My baby capped a lord. Ted seemed confused, which confused me lol. I had expected him to jump once he lost his lord but he had a delayed reaction, probably shocked he could lose to someone one third of his size. 

He finally, after what felt like an eternity hopped away, and another PLQ member Luci came in his place. Bigger, Stronger and ready to rally our adorable little skeeter. I chose to live to fight another day and bubbled releasing Ted to do the walk of shame back to his castle. Vegeta had noticed what had happened and opted to take advantage of him being lordless and took a couple shots of his own lol. 

After the brief flurry of action, we began to chat in world chat with the PLQ guys. Zylii seeing me gave a warm hello, hmmmm where the hell do I know them from. As if reading my mind, Zylii responded “You don’t remember me do you?” Remind me I responded…FFS came the reply…..

Oh snap, Zylii, my cousin on the FFS side… We did some catching up. I let them know how much I miss FFS. Out of all the big alliances, they are always my favorite. We made a plan to have some fun near the end of KVK to let each other, well let me lol, try out formations, test defenses, all the crazy things a no death kvk allows you to do. 

I was exhausted and went to grab some rest. I awoke the next day realizing I had not done much on my main. I grabbed some gold mines before going to sleep, that was it. I decided to take our Kings Landing to run up the time, since we were not yet guaranteed to keep it if someone were to cause trouble. I want the ruling alliance to keep their buffs always lol, it is a priority for me. Other than that I sat and waited and waited and waited some more…

Finally my PLQ buddies were back on line. Like the annoying little sister, I was beyond ready for shenanigans. 

The score had been finalized long ago. BUL couldn't beat us, we couldn’t beat PLQ. So I had accepted a 2nd place finish hours before. Now I was ready to test some formations. See how my defense holds up to these incredibly strong players. Luci said I should attack Zylii, but he was my cousin on the FFS side so that just felt wrong, that is until they said I could… Muah hahahaha a juicy spear, is all I could think. 

I was NOT thinking that hitting a player of their size would end poorly for me lol. You only live once, am I right lol… So I struck going full Tier 5 inf cause why not and well lol

OMG, destroyed, my full regiment of T5 inf turned to ashes. What a booly lol. Zylii released my lord, and did an attack on my castle with pure T5 troops…

OK, that made me feel a little better, maybe I am not a totally worthless noob lol. I released Zylii’s lord and now to try a rally from Luci….

Holy moley, did that hurt. Now I know I had lost a bunch of troops already but dang, I should be able to tank a spear rally better than that lol. For the grand finale Seb would rally me again and again until I was practically zeroed.

Stoopid Cavs lol. I was pleased I could take a lickin and keep on tickin for as long as i did. 

After our fun had ended and all my pixel people dead, we said our goodbyes. I thanked them for a fun KVK and helping to teach me a lot about my account. It was a little sad saying bye to Zylii, I hope you come back to FFS they said.

This KVK I was able to identify many areas of improvement to my character. Small little things when tweaked that could make me even stronger. Many of which were set long ago and forgotten about while I pursued other goals. I know that in a no-death KVK fights don’t really need to be friendly, but it is rare to be able to test yourself without any real consequences against such strong and friendly enemies. I also recognize that Zylii being family probably worked in our favor as well. PLQ didn’t take our castles, my farmers were left untouched, and I still got to learn that even if I lost every single troop I have, I would still be a fat ole billion player lol.
