Action packed All-Out War season!

Another season of All-Out War is almost behind us so it's time to go back in time a bit and recall the most thrilling moments of it! The whole season was set to last for 3 weeks with 24/7 RTS gameplay so there was a lot of room for action!

HOH started the event in Tempest Faction (green) on the Vanguard Map and got allied with LEG. Other factions were Shadow with the mighty BaN and KAC coalition, Lordsbane with formidable WxC and fast growing HD! alliance, Ages with the newly formed FFS alliance as the merge between WTF and NFI as well as N0X to help them through the season, Longreach with RRH and BTa, Justice with NW1 and HHH, Frost with WAO and GCM and last but not least, Scarlet with mighty NBe and GuR. That map looks tough!

As soon as the event started, 2 bigger coalitions were formed: WxC side and BaN side. You can see that in the image below. Yellow colour is our faction and we were allied with all the green ones to form the WxC coalition. The red colour means the BaN coalition. It looked like the WxC team is significantly stronger than the other, especially with the newly merged FFS alliance, but BaN side had a lot of very active players like Sickness, Genos or Mandy that were always active and doing significant damage to the green side.

Everyone started in their own region which was safe from attacks coming from other factions, but soon the gates were open and it all has changed! HOH and LEG established an early dominance against NBe/GuR faction by taking all the cities within their shared area and WxC/HD! did the same to BaN/KAC as well as FFS/N0X took everything from RRH/BTa. Only WAO and GCM managed to take one building from NW1/HHH in the south, but after several days the purple faction (FFS/N0X) rebuilt villages down to the southern part of the map and took it back for the WxC coalition. Sadly after that, noone was willing to take any buildings back and the fight went down to farming elimination points. Speaking from HOH perspective, we had a really tough time with some lone wolf hunters like Genos or Sickness that were going around the whole map for hours every day and could appear right behind you anytime to kill your army! Even watching the gates closely, through which they were coming out, didnt save many of our players from being annihilated by those hunters! Just look at those elims!

You can see a lot of top accounts in the game in top 20, but also people that don't have a very strong account, but were very active and sneaky enough to make a lot of elimination points! Mandy is the first example. He was farming those elims off FFS and N0X for hours every day and I often saw him fighting alone against multiple opponents in the same time! That guy has truly no fear! Or mentioned earlier Genos. He knew HOH was looking after him 24/7, but always managed to sneak out of the gate unnoticed somehow and often went for more than 10 mins (!!!) to the right side of the map to pick up his targets for elimination points. But the most feared player on the entire map was Sickness by far! That guy not only has one of the strongest cavalry accounts in the game, but was also super active through the entire event and was going around the whole map to kill anyone that was passing by! He's known for his super fast cav march that can appear right next to you, and before you realize anything, you are dead!

All those people were truly devoted to All-Out War (and not for the first season!) proving that one player can make a huge difference when it comes to this kind of event! Even tough they were on the losing side since the very early beginning, they didn't give up and kept going, spending a lot of personal resources to heal extra troops!

There were also a lot of bigger fights during Dragon Domains and Hot Springs especially, cause they offered a great chance to earn some easy elimination points cause of people not paying enough attention to the possible threats awaiting them.

And this is what makes All-Out War so unique! That anyone can play for how long they want, they can choose their own way of helping their faction, either by farming resources, building vehicles or constructing villages, their own way of earning eliminations or logistics points - eliminations by either going solo on "hunts" or joining rallies to participate in bigger battles and logistics points through healing or restoring resilience of their teammates. You could choose one of those but you could also be doing everything! You choose you own way of contributing to help the faction you are in!😀

Today is the last day of All-Out War and the WxC side managed to secure their fully deserved victory. Lordsbane Faction with WxC and HD! will finish 1st and we HOH (and LEG) will take the 2nd spot!😀
