Timezone chat

Can we please get rid of that stupid Timezone chat already? Or at least give a option in settings to mute it completely and permanent. It's very annoying to get notifications about conversations of strangers from total different servers that aren't relevant to me and when translate, I'm not even surprised what they are talking about. 🙄It's not a solution to block them all over and over again after each log in.
