International phone number for GTArcade support?

Is there an international phone number that I can call to? Tickets take months to reply *note they're open*. PayPal and the bank tells me to contact GTarcade because they see no payment restrictions on my bank account so it's just GTArcade blocking this specific account from recharging. I've done my researches by creating a new GTarcade account and recharging on it. It worked so it's obvious
