I'm playing in S1399 Auricion HKT and I can not Log in after server reset. I sent a report to support team, but they don't respond. Yeah I tried turbo mode, yeah I always "run as admin" on my Win7 and yeah I reinstalled my desktop app 3 times already. I am losing all my invested time and resources by not logging in.
