Guild points and contribution lost!

On one of my accounts (s318.HellsAngel) I lost millions of guild contribution and millions of guild points. And all of the sudden another (less active) guildmember (s328.Robi) got my amount of contribution! Maybe my Guild Points as well!? Both s318.AngelCharmer and s318.HellsAngel are my accounts, I play both evenly and they joined the guild the same day (years ago). Their contribution was always similar, until now. Not sure when this happend, but I would like things to get corrected asap.
