lost my items

Hello.

From previous experience with this bug, the Soulstone should be attached to the Charm/Companion that you moved. If you unequip your current Soulstone then swap back to the old Charm/Companion the old Soulstone should be there.

Hello

Support has checked your logs and found no unequipping of lvl 4 gems from any of your Charms, only from your Companions. They've found no missing Soulstones, just several of them attached to Charms and Companions. Odds are several of those Charms and Companions are currently unused and holding Soulstones. I would recommend equipping each old Charm and checking their Soulstone, then adding each Companion to protect and checking their Soulstone.
