Have anyone had the same issue than me - I should have picked the Tournament insignia as season prize. But didn't.
I sent a ticket to support about the matter, but now it shows no open or ended ticket in my account. Also it says I've 0 chance to submit the ticket even tho it should be 3tickets/month. Last ticket I've sent is way back year 2022....

Hello, a lot of players didn't receive the correct rewards for their WT ranking. The response from support was that it'll arrive in mail when the next season begins. If that doesn't happen, you'll need to make a report here or in a private ticket on the Discord with screenshots of the issue that have your server and in-game name visible.
And yes, the website support system is no longer operational. It's entirely up to us mods now.
