Lost Realm – Facing the Dragon.

In Westeros there are countless opportunities to show your strength, cleverness but also, to gather with your alliance members and face one enemy as a group, which is one of many tests to the alliance related to teamwork or participation. Lost realm is one of those events where each team member has to follow their leader towards the unknown lands to face different type of overhyped champions, that know only one thing, how to kill.

A bit of information about the event.

As you can see, you will be facing Dragon Warlock, Dragon Priest and the Dragon Urrax himself if you manage to beat the previous two. Each of those has got their unique abilities and is made to be stronger than the last one. Only the bravest of warriors would have courage to stand in front of them, and fight for their alliance rewards.

N3O is doing really well, and has left everyone behind them, but we are just about to step on their feet.

And here are the rewards, without which it would not be interesting.

As you can see in this event, we can gain different amount of glory medal chests which then can be exchanged in to mini versions of heroes that we know from the Game of thrones books or movies.

Each one of those give unique abilities which can increase your chances while facing enemies on your way, so, it is important to participate in this event.

Entering the unknown lands

When the time comes, all warriors do gather on the unknown lands behind the red wall, which then opens at the certain time, allowing us to hit one of the 3 great champions. Each one of us has to decide, and prepare 3 sets of armies, including 3 commanders, dragon, and a wagon, of our choice, that will – in our opinion – help us in the battle.

We have been instructed that SKILLGANON will be our tank. Tank is a person similar to Hodor which job is to take all the damage on him/her self, and let others, those with less damage absorption, try to kill the champion.

SKILLGANON is a very strong warrior which was representing WTF alliance, which is more than capable to face anyone, no matter of the circumstances.

Let the battle begin!

As decided previously, SKILGANNON has marched first to the enemy to take all the damage on himself, while we could attack him from behind and in the meantime, heal each our brave tank, so he can last as long as he possibly can.

Warlock was the first champion we faced, but he usually dies pretty quickly so I have decided to focus more on Priest and the ultimate enemy, which was the Dragon itself.

Most of us have been suited with healing wagon, as the damage dealt by enemy was out of our dreams.

In order to kill someone with such stats, it required patience and at the same quick reaction to the damage dealt to our alliance members, as a moment of distraction could cost many of our lives.

Priest

Priest abilities were deadly, he could either set up area fire, or make everyone within certain area, being poisoned. As you could potentially imagine the damage coming with it, was insane. It required a lot of bravery and knowledge to know how to deal with such enemy. Luckily, we were commanded by our experienced QUEENY, which never fails to deliver.

The priest started with setting whole area on fire, as you can see we have gathered on the back of the enemy, while he was facing our tank, SKILGANNON.

I don’t need to mention that in case me or many of my teammates, would be standing in this red area, we could potentially die, so it is essential we are not multitasking while doing this event.

This fire ability did not do much of an impact on our tank, so he decided to throw poison

But as you can see, even this did not work, while all our people, even we didn’t show in great attendance this time, kept throwing our arrows endless.

After some time, the priest has finally died, and we could move on to our final enemy, Dragon URRAX, but firstly, let me show you some of the statistics gained right at the start of us fighting the Priest.

Dragon URRAX

Dragon URRAX was a deadly creature flying above the ground and killing everything that would dare to meet it.

As you can see there are 3 towers around the dragon, what are they for? Each time we have to kill two towers and leave just one, otherwise the dragon would be unkillable, so if you plan to do this event with your alliance members, make sure you do follow this small advice.

As you can see, dragon has more powerful abilities, which take a lot more damage. At this point we had to be more careful about how much we heal, and where do we stand. Its resistance and healing are so big, that it was difficult to make any damage to it. And as much as we could spend a whole night hitting it till the creature will finally give up and die, there was one more thing that we should be aware of, it was the time. During this event you have exact amount of time within which you have to kill your enemies in order to gain the rewards, the time is limited.

Result

As previously mentioned, we were short in attendance so we did not manage to kill the dragon within limited time, and this was the moment we had to return to our homes with just a couple of rewards.

I would like to encourage each one of you to spend an hour with your alliance and fight for those precious rewards, as they do boost your abilities a lot. Especially while you upgrade them to level 60, as shown on example below.

We might have failed to achieve our goals this time, but we are an alliance that will reunite with the next possible occasion, and fight again till it will be us, who will be victorious. This is the mindset we were returning to our homes, while singing the ‘Song of Exile’
