💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my article where I will be taking a look at the latest event in Infinity Kingdom, the Original Festival. The event is an annual seasonal one that makes its rounds around mid-April and is generally a good chance for players to get valuable rewards for free. Some items may not be worth it for certain tiers of players to spend resources chasing at a certain point so let’s take a look at where the value lies.

💠Table of Contents

  • Overview
  • Wondrous Celebration
  • Surprise Original Festival
  • Colorful Party
  • Redeem Event
  • Summary

💠Overview

The event started on Friday, April 19, and end until the end of Thursday, April 25, giving players 7 days to complete all the tasks and collect the rewards they want. The event is divided into three parts: daily tasks, progressive missions, and gathering resources to trade for rewards. Some parts of the event are easier to do than others, but not all rewards and quests are worth doing.

💠Wondrous Celebration

This portion of the event consists of sets of daily tasks. Every day will unlock eight tasks that players can do to earn points that count toward rewards. Every completed task will yield 10 points towards rewards. Tasks can be repeated so if it appears on Day 1, don’t assume it won’t appear again in subsequent days. For example, Day 1 features missions that require players to train troops and defeat gnomes. Those same missions could appear again in later days. For Well of Time tasks, I would advise against using SP potions to complete the tasks until the last day. Players may not have sufficient SP potions to complete Well of Time tasks on each day so it’s better to wait until the last day to use potions so you can complete all of the Well of Time tasks at the same time. Some days will require you to defeat boss gnomes and other days will force you to plunder from other castles.

You can get Multicolor Brush by completing each task to use them in the Colorful Party section of the event. Players will also earn Floral Coins that can be traded for rewards in the Redeem Event section. Additionally, every task will give 5, 10, or 20 Gems. You can get 30 Original Crystals that can be traded for rewards in the Colorful Party section. Players can also collect 40 Stardusts by reaching 500 points. Since there are 7 days and 8 tasks a day, you can get a total of 560 points so you won’t need to finish every single task to claim all the rewards in this section. Compared to some other variations of the event where you have to kill several hundred gnomes, these tasks are relatively easy. This is the easiest part of the event. Just by logging in and completing their regular daily tasks, players can finish this section extremely easily.

💠Surprise Original Festival

Players can gather and collect resources and defeat gnomes and bosses for a chance to obtain Floral Coins, resources, and five-minute speedups. The coins can be traded in for Stardust, Random Immortal Fragments, Philosopher’s Offer, resources, and speedups. Players should be able to collect every available free reward that requires coins fairly easily.

💠Colorful Party

Colorful Party rewards players for increasing their artwork levels using the Multicolor Brush players can get from completing the Wondrous Celebration tasks. There are three tiers of rewards: the free tier, the 3,500 gems tier, and the $20 tier. If you are trying to get enough Original Crystals to trade in for Exclusive Artifacts or Fate of Chaos Selection Chests, the premium tier is extremely worth it. The free tier will yield 3 Original Crystals, the Gem tier will reward 10 crystals, and the premium tier will give 45 Original Crystals. You also get numerous Stardusts, speedups, and various other prizes. If you are not planning to pay for the $20 pass, I would try to finish the free tier and the Gem tier so you can get enough Original Crystals for one Exclusive Artifact.

💠Redeem Event

The Redeem Event is a shop where players can trade in their Floral Coins and Original Crystals for rewards. There are 80 Fate of Chaos Selection Chests that cost 130 Original Crystals, one Exclusive Artifact chest of each element that costs 38 Original Crystals each, and five Dragon Crystal Chests that cost 8 crystals each. For Floral Coins, the best items to get are the set of 100 Stardust that costs 200 coins, a set of 60 Random Immortal Fragments that also cost 200 coins, and the 10 Philosopher’s Offer chests for 30 coins apiece.

There are Original Festival bundles that players can purchase for more Original Crystals. They cost $10, $20, and $50 and will give you 5, 10, and 15 Original Crystals, respectively. You will get 30 Original Crystals from Wondrous Celebration, 3 crystals from the free tier of Colorful Party, and 10 crystals from the Gem tier for a total of 43 crystals, you will be able to purchase one Exclusive Artifact. To get enough crystals for the 80 Fate of Selection Chaos Chests, you will need about 90 more. The $20 will give 45 more and 7 days of the $10 bundle and 1 day of the $20 bundle will give the other 45. It will cost a total of $110 for 80 chests which is about a quarter of the price for 40% of the chests compared to the Chaos Roulette.

💠Summary

In my opinion, the event is a fine event for all types of players. Free-to-play and low-spenders will get an Exclusive Artifact for free. Spenders may not want to pay for the Chaos Selection chests but the $20 pass will grant them another Exclusive Artifact. All players can get some free Stardusts so do what you can even if you don’t pay for the premium rewards.
