Alliance Conquest. Upon hearing these words, any warrior in the world of Westeros in Game of Thrones Winter is Coming would awaken the ambition to fight and prove their worth to the whole world. Everyone aspired to achieve one of the top positions in the tournament, especially this year: the winners would obtain significant benefits compared to the previous year, such as fragments for new castle skins. In this edition, the final placement of their alliance counted more than ever, but as we know, it wasn't easy. DEP (Dev Pirates) was, as always, the number one favorite for the ultimate victory. Their strength was perhaps unattainable for the others, but it was worth a try.

Thus, FDH (Family Duty Honor) prepared themselves with the ambition of improving their final position from the previous edition. They ended the AC season with three victories and three defeats, which still allowed them to qualify for the Ultimate Conquest, where their adventure came to a halt in the fifth round. It wasn't a bad season, but an alliance of their caliber could undoubtedly do better. And so, guided by their leaders, they aspired to win more matches and have a better season this time around!

Their first opponent was WxC (World Extreme Collective): a very strong alliance well-prepared to face anyone. They had incredible warriors in their roster that everyone would fight to have on their team, such as CCCPC. It didn't need any introductions; its opponents knew it well and feared it, as it was a formidable enemy to face. Its strength was monstrous and capable of annihilating any well-prepared opponent. Undoubtedly, it was the one to fear more than anyone else.

On the other hand, FDH had phenomenal warriors of the caliber of Altisio, Astyrrx, and Napoleon X. They were forged by countless battles and had experience to spare, capable of leading their teammates to victory even against much stronger opponents. They were true inspirers and leaders.

Everything was ready for the beginning of the battle. The two alliances presented themselves with 93 warriors for FDH and 82 for WxC. Despite the difference in numbers, nobody could predict the outcome. The level of the two alliances was similar, and determining a winner was impossible, but one thing was certain it would be a true battle.

As the clock struck, they immediately launched into the siege!

Like lightning, Tominy managed to be the first to conquer the initially most important building of the battle: Mother. His speed was well-known to all, perhaps one of the fastest warriors in Westeros. It was a balanced start for both teams, as they each captured two buildings. However, this balance was shattered as soon as the ports were unlocked...

After being faster in capturing Lannister Port and successfully defending the building quite easily, they even managed to organize a simultaneous siege and dismantle the strong defenses of WxC's warriors led by El Sicario.

They were truly in top form today, determined to make a good impression in the first match of the season. They immediately took the lead with both ports. There was an air of victory among the FDH ranks, which was quickly swept away by the words of Altisio: "Maintain high concentration; these closely contested matches will be decided in the battle for Casterly Rock and in the mines."

Neik, one of the ordinary warriors in their ranks, agreed with this. He was present in the match against HOH in the previous season and knew that a mistake during the battle for the mines could lead to defeat.

The words spoken by one of their leaders seemed to come from the future because, just when the challenge seemed to be going smoothly for them, El Sicario managed to gain control of Casterly Rock!

It was a tough blow for FDH, but they still had possession of most of the other buildings and the overall result in their favor. Neik immediately understood that the match was marked, with WxC in control of CR and the outcome hanging in the balance, albeit slightly in their favor. It would be decided in the mines.

The warriors from both factions awaited the most crucial battle, the one that would determine the final outcome of the match and declare the winner. Both sides wanted to secure their first victory of the season, the glory of surpassing opponents of equal caliber and avoiding starting with a defeat. And so, the final battle of the match began...

Just like in the match against HOH, the unexpected happened. WxC swiftly gained control of both mines with incredible speed. It was a harsh blow for FDH, and if they didn't act quickly, they would lose the match. They had little time to organize themselves, as the mines would close the gap they had built so hard in just a few minutes. They quickly gathered various battalions led by their best commanders and decided to launch a desperate attack on the nearest mine.

There were 14 groups, and they all charged almost simultaneously against the walls defended by enemy soldiers. It was an intense battle, with reinforcement troops arriving like lightning. Blow after blow, in the end, JackTheToad's troops prevailed against the exhausted soldiers of SPARTA VI. They had shown excellent defense, but in the end, it was the sheer number of soldiers launching the desperate attack that won the day. The conquest of this mine meant only one thing for FDH: Victory! Without it, WxC would be unable to close the point gap that had formed during the match.

This conquest cemented the winners of this first match: FDH! There was an incredible battle, perhaps decided by the larger number of soldiers at their disposal. However, WxC proved to be a truly formidable opponent. If they were to face each other again, they knew it wouldn't be easy, even with equal numbers!

The standout fighters of the match were CtBarbarian and TheOnlyKing. These two brave warriors, with their individual attacks, managed to defeat multiple opponents from their respective factions and made a significant contribution to their alliance. They were truly phenomenal.

And so, the first round of the Alliance Conquest season concluded here!
