Lag then Crash

Like many of us here we play the game through the good things and the bad.

Now I got a problem, while doing a bounty quest which I have done numerous times with no problems maybe a slight lag (So I close the top menu, bottom menu and chat box). Then I suddenly get this odd message stating that i was not playing the GTArcade with the correct client and I should update, which not thinking twice because my game is stopped dead!! (Yes I restarted it) I updated the client to find out now I am stuck.

I tried to enter via the internet and it will not connect so I put in two tickets and now I am here to vent and post my problems.

I am on Server 1 the name is Thunderhowl.
