Undying Flower's skill is NOT working

Eternal Prison empower 3-0 is not working. The enemy still gets rage from the heroes/soul armor. This is kinda sad. Imagine those who recharged for the extra shards. Since I can't record the issue myself due to some unexpected problems, please PLEASE do some testing and report the issue asap.
