Last 2 Tycoons Super Rewards issue

The last 2 Tycoons i did not received the super rewards. I created ticket's and now answer from support team.

Ticket #8749464 for S879.Bunhelg with screen shots and detailed were i did not received the rewards. Is unacceptable to be treated like this. I recharge all Tycoons events and spend a lot and i don't get compensation for not getting the super rewards that the game should have rewarded me.
