Resource Typhoon not giving points to resources that I have

I don't know if others are having this problem by I am missing points from the resources I have.

For example, I have 10 firecrackers and 17 shipwright coupons but resource typhoon is only crediting me for 6 firecrackers which using basic math you learn in grade school equals

10 x 80 = 800 NOT 480

17 x 100 = 1700 NOT 1500

just curious if everybody else is being cheated out of points even those who want to or can spend hundreds of dollars on Topaz to buy the resources. Nobody should lose points in these events.
