XSHL Technology

I strongly suspect that there is absolutely nothing X-server about the X-Server Technology!

I used the points from 2 accounts on the same server to unlock the 4th technology. But guild members on other servers cannot use 4th technology. Is this as it is intended? This is because the suggestion is made that everything is X-Server on the XSHL.
