Why didn't you fix our time zone?

Servers EST-M140 and EST-M141 have had a time zone issue for months. We are 12 hours ahead of all other EST servers so we haven't been able to participate in events like Divinity Realm or Choas Incubus since you did the server mergers a few months ago. Now we are missing out on Legion War too. All objectives tell us that the event time is over. This is totally unacceptable that this simple problem of a server's time zone setting has been allowed to go unresolved for so long and is now causing everyone on those servers to miss a yearly event. Get it fixed now!
