Cant Access My 2 Charachters. My Device Was Stolen ?

Please gt arcade and era of celestials help me get my charachters Garfield vip 11 and roegirn vip10 back and bind to my email please . They were supposed to be bound to garfyack75 @gmail.com but . nothing they are still there in guild (shade) and are in EST-S578. Please help me !!! My phone was lg g4.
