Have problems with my CB

Someone else is being harmed in the game by this error? More than 4 days ago my power was being decreased intentionally by the server or the game and it does not show my real power. It makes me very angry because one spends many hours and effort trying to have a strong character and the game manipulates him. I hope that support helps me to increase my power again as it should be.
