logging in

Every day i try to log in i get ... The procedure entry point ?getparentfocusedcountccontroluldulibuaehxz with the at signs that it wont let me post.I have cleaned pc,restarted etc but cant log in. I tried deleting the game but cant. I used to could redownload but now i cant. Can someone help me out here?
