Hello there!

This time, after the first defeat in this season to [RoD] in game 4 we were planning and hoping to get the maximum points in games 5 and 6 to hop into the playoffs

We got [YGI] Yggdrasil alliance as an enemy

We were sure that we were ahead enough, so no dramatic preparations were done.

But then one of our officers was walking through their list and found ImperialRock... again...

Always the bad news to find him in the enemy roster)))

For those who did not read this report of our fight with [PLQ] - it is not the first time we met ImperialRock as our enemy at an unexpected place...

Also, you can read there a small story behind me starting to play bowman and who was the final trigger

So we used that experience to create a plan for how to stand against Imperial. With the one small detail...

Last time we fought him, we had Ur CaNDY at our side))) Always good to see Ur CaNDY as your ally. Especially against such a monster. But.... not.... this.... time....

This time we need to manage that on our own!

And unfortunately, this match we had the second-worst player attendance in the season.

And this is not Dragons but Bag event... If Imperial picks it up, we will have HUGE problems stopping him

You know that I am lucky, so this season I am mostly fighting on the Hot Springs side

And Imperial went to the armory side, as in the previous time.

Having him not around, we managed to take Hot Springs and focus on some backstubers that were constantly running into our back lines

And slowly advance towards their Stark Outposts

When I am saying "slowly," it means that !15! first minutes we were fighting at the Hot Springs

Yes, it was highly contested, but before they started to reduce the pressure towards it, 15 min of battle passed

We even managed to deliver the first bag during this time!

And the fact that we managed to advance probably is connected with the fact that they sent more people to contest the second bag

Including ImperialRock, but while he was aiming at our runner, all our dragons were slowing him, so it took a lot of troops, but we managed to move the bag very close to us. And that was enough to secure the bag

It was not an easy ride, and he decided that to do points in a stationary environment is much more profitable than to try his luck with the bag.

Meanwhile, the enemy strongholds fall.

How would you say?

In the beginning, I told you that we had our second-worst player attendance 91 players

!BUT!

Our enemies had !77!

So it is more than 40 deployments!

ImperialRock is tough, but not AS tough to compensate for that player advantage

He can make a difference in the fight, but we were tracking where he is going, and our strongest were focusing on him all the time

So the score was highly to our favor, and we were thinking, should we stop or give some points to [YGI]

But it is the 5th game, and you never know which place you will have after victory.

So we decided to take all possible points for ourselves.

But Imperial had his own plans for the last dance / bag

So he showed up in the middle for the last bag, nearly alone, and started to press people we had in the middle

A lot of our players were running away from him while our whales were moving to the center, as we did not expect him there

And A lot of our players were pretending that they would be picking the bag

But if you read my previous story [III] vs [TIS] you know that we have a secret weapon

And Amiss is using a trick he navigates to the bag-picking-up position and sees how much it will take to get there

, and then immediately stops and waits for the timer to bag appearance to be equal this time + 2 seconds, and then !go!

It makes him appear in the right place in the right time, fresh, while Imperial was busy with our dudes and lost a bit of health on his deployments

So after the final seconds ticking, they both start to pick the bag. The difference is that Amiss is a dedicated bag holder and knows where to stand to immediately start to pick the bag, and Imperial was in need to do a few steps.

Just a few steps, but it was enough to toss initiative into the Amiss hands!

We start to run he rushed into Amiss to take the bag out but eve so Imperial is fast not all of his deployments were comfortable with Amiss speed so before he under the pressure of all the ag group leftovers and whales that came to hunt him down he MANAGED to kill Amiss and took out the bag his HP was a lot bellow half and he was too far from his side of the field which was controlled by us btw.

And we focused all our power to finish him down, and Amiss managed to return meanwhile

When Imperial died, there were some [YGI] players, including strong ones, but no one as strong as Imperial

With a lot of recapturing of the bag, Amiss did manage to finally to be the one who is picking it with the correct troop and make the final run to our stronghold

The match last for a few more minutes, but nothing as competitive and important did not happen.

We won! And we managed to beat Imperial for the second time this season.

Hope there will be no 3d))

A little bit of static for those who like numbers as much as i do:

Elimination:

And just to show you how hard was to heal without Hot Springs and with such a huge player gap to our enemy

Total healing:

We have 4-1 score now

Next game 6 is the most important

After this game we are accurately squised between [Gjs] and [NOX]

Both play 19-00 both are alliances we highly want to meet in game 6 cos we have a good chance against any of them

Will tell you how it was next week

!AND!

See you around on the battlefields!
