Today I feel it to be a tough day and a tough battle, all because of yesterday—oh, what a day that was. One of our brave warriors made an important decision in his life: to marry a princess from another castle. The feast lasted until dawn, bringing together the best and closest warriors from the surrounding castles. There was dancing, singing, axe-throwing, and other attractions. Today, everyone is slowly recovering from it—myself included. After that rough night, I have a battle ahead of me today at the Arena of Honor. Admittedly, I’ll be facing other random warriors, but I can’t let them down. This time, I’ve decided to stay with the same team from the previous season, and we’ll see if that turns out to be a good choice.
This is already the 15th and final round of the season. I’d say it’s been a positive season overall. I didn’t make it to the top, but my results are reasonably satisfying. I’ll definitely try to improve next season, since I managed to win twice, finish second six times, and third five times. We’ll see how this final match goes and if I can improve my stats.
Unfortunately, the top two players couldn’t participate today. Luckily, the leader found a replacement and passed on all the important information. It looks like we’re ready to fight. I’m just not sure if we have enough strength and support, but we’ll see. The important thing is to stay committed—then we’ll be able to win.
Registration, matchmaking, and we’re waiting for the match to start. With my head full of memories from yesterday, I was a few seconds late for the fight. Oh, my mind is still elsewhere 😊 but it’s time to start the fight!
To my surprise, it’s going very fast—we’re the only ones capturing the NPC building. Unfortunately, after 30 seconds, we lose it because our support didn’t arrive in time. No need to worry, though—since it went so fast, it’ll definitely go better the second time.
Next, the Purple team captures the NPC building, and then I see they take a second one right away. My initial optimism is gone. After several more attacks, we fail to capture that castle. The leader is giving orders in the chat, but we’re definitely lacking in power and coordination. I don’t even know if everyone is online and playing. Oh well, I hope we can turn things around soon.

It’s tougher than it looked. The team isn’t doing much, and one of our opponents is very strong. Despite a few attacks on my part, I wasn’t able to break through his defenses. This is definitely going to be a big problem when it comes to capturing the City of Glory. I hope we’ll manage to score some points by then, because right now it’s looking very bad.
A few minutes later, I see that one NPC castle is still unclaimed, and no one can take it. We and the yellow team are fighting over it. I don’t know why both teams are having such a hard time with it this time. The battle for it might end up being the battle for second place. For now, it remains undecided.

There are 36 minutes left. I’m trying to rally the others to fight. I believe second place is within reach and we can fight for it. We can already forget about first place because they have such strong fighters who are showing that they’re here to win. We clearly don’t have the will to fight like we did earlier.
There it is! A small victory. We’ve managed to capture two dragon pits—these are valuable because each one gives 200 points per second. Now we can try to catch up to the yellow team.
The most crucial part of this war is beginning. I’m starting to take over the City of Glory. Reinforcements are arriving very slowly, and other teams are already hunting for this building. Oh, this is going to be tough. The leader and I are trying to get the rest of the team to mobilize, but there’s silence. I don’t know what happened to the rest of them.
And what I feared has happened—after 3 minutes, we lose the castle.

The lack of support and the mixed army completely derailed my attempt to capture the building. I’m starting to boil inside. This wasn’t supposed to happen. Did I make a huge mistake with this team? The enemy is definitely doing better, despite having a weaker army. It looks very bad.
After a moment of frustration, a light appears at the end of the tunnel. We finally capture the last NPC building. I feel like this is the moment to fight. My hopes are returning. Now we just need to try one more time to take over City of Glory—and who knows, maybe first place is in store for us?

Oh no, now I’ve made a huge mistake. I wanted to synchronize our two rallies perfectly, and mine went in one second before the enemy captured the building. Unfortunately, the game froze for a moment and didn’t count that attack at all. I don’t know how that could have happened. Next time, I’ll have to leave a two- or three-second buffer.

Now I’m certain that first place is out of reach. We’re fighting for second. We have a castle from the NPC, which will definitely help us a lot with that.

The opponent definitely isn’t letting up. I decide to try to capture the main building one more time. The only problem is that if I call a rally, we’ll lose the dragon pits. The opponent keeps trying to capture those spots, and we control all three. I have to take a risk.
The rally is already set and waiting. But where’s the support? I ask everyone, and there’s silence. Another minute passes, and we’ve just lost one of the dragon pits. Finally, we manage to fill it up to 80%, and we launch the attack.
Unfortunately, the strongest player of this edition stepped in and blocked the castle. Unfortunately, with another mix of armies and T4, I wasn’t able to defeat him. Meanwhile, my team buried any chance of second place by losing all the Dragon Pits. My frustration is immense. This wasn’t supposed to happen, and it’s not what I expected.

Summary:
This team and this battle turned out to be a complete failure. No one knew how to handle anything, and the team leader made bad decisions. Everything went wrong from the very beginning. I’ve never had such a bad battle before. I was hoping for a good end to the season, but it turned into a tragedy. After all this, I think it’s best if I just think back to the previous day and that great evening.
