BR 139 billion loses to BR 7 billion ?!?

What am I doing wrong (or not doing that I should be doing) that I, with a BR of 139 billion, am constantly being beaten by characters with less that 20 billion in BR.

There are only 3 players on server SANTITY 1571. Of the 3 of us, my BR is 139 billion, "Player #2" has a BR of 18 billion and "Player #3" has a BR of 7 billion. The other 8 "active" players are all alts., with BR's of 4 billion or less.
