Supremacy Cert to Tycoon Cert

Good day everyone,

I'm just wondering and hoping if I can exchange my supremacy cert to tycoon cert even for 1:1 ratio, I have only 1 supremacy cert but I can't seem to use it. And I really need the tycoon certs to get more heroes.
