The main site start stucking from now even we still in april and the game at client gtarcade app have glitch randomly after 1 or 2 hours during gameplay

well i the main site for the game can not reached even we still in april

i just was used it to check replay of customer support but now Client app for gtarcade i sometimes have glitch when i try reach support

and the game also after playing 1 hour it also lag with bad graphic, all what i can do is refresh the game each 1 hour but this will not solve, i know the game will shut down at next 7 july but until that date, should i refresh the game only, wont the support take alook of the bad grahpic the happened suddenly which make the game stuck all time ?

is any other one have lag or giltch?

i hope there will be solution for the lag during gameplay atleas
