While Westeros is heading towards spring, the season 5 of Arena of Honor is heading towards it's middle as round 5 out of a total of 14 was in sight. Before thinking at round 5, [N0X] OliverQ did a quick recap of the prior 4 rounds and to his surprise he was doing way better than he expected considering how volatile the solo que is, managing to get 2 wins, a 2nd and a 3rd place and managing to earn a whooping 182 fame points. Being only 2 wins away of the Glory King rank motivated him even more and he started preparing accordingly, pushing the research towards valyrian steel weapons with hopes that by the end of the season he'll be able to finally equip his troops with the most powerful weapons in Westeros. While being busy with the preparations time flew quickly and it was already time for him to head to the mercenary camp, so at exactly noon he took his troops, most trusted commanders and dragons and went to the camp. Once he arrived there, he entered the registration office and signed the papers required to participate on the next round and waited for the Old Gods to decide his and everyone's else faith.

Once the matchmaking got completed, the house representatives got out of the battlefield to choose their fighters for this round with OliverQ getting chosen by Arya Stark to fight for House Stark and together with him Arya also choose [Tw1]TIGER777, [s77]Jurand52, [CC$]littleAIM, [Arp]IU Jin, [TwS]shakeshake, [HVL]Ouicvix and [KTW]Sanlike. Once the teams were decided, everyone entered battlefield and headed towards their clan castles with OliverQ's team heading towards the frozen north where the House Stark clan castle is located. Once everyone got there, they started deploying their camps and OliverQ decided to send a few scouts to the other houses to see against whom they'll fight this round.
The scouts returned with troublesome news as there were quite a few strong warriors on the battlefield, most of them having troops equipped with valyrian steel weapons, or tier5 troops as they known in Westeros. That didn't discourage OliverQ as despite having a bit lower tier troop, his cavalry was very well trained and ready to fight. The fight started quickly after with the opening of the strongholds and everyone rushed to occupy them and then build them to start the points generation.
Once the 2 minutes of occupation were done, it was time to get the constructors in and start building and OliverQ as the team's commander decided to go once again with military camps, this time infantry camps to counter the neutral NPCs. However, as mostly always on the solo queue, the construction went on quite slow and when the altars started opening, most of the troops were still busy building so the team couldn't challenge the first sets of altars. But a few minutes into the match, the camps finished constructing and it was time for the team to start getting some altars and catch up on the other houses.

The team started doing solos all over the battlefield in an attempt to recover some of the altars and at the begin it worked very well, the enemies didn't expect the attacks and some altars got recovered, but as the time passed the enemies started reinforcing each other so the solos weren't so effective anymore. With more and more altars opening, the fight heated up and the team's forces were spread all over the battlefield and they were about to get even more spread cause the most important building, the City of Glory was about to open for attacks.
Once the city opened, a few of the brave warriors tried to do some solo attacks but the neutral NPCs from the city had no problem dealing with them, so they had to rely on rallies. Every house picked the strongest warriors on their ranks to start rallies and withing minutes they were already marching towards the City of Glory. It was a race between rallies to see which is hitting first and this time it was one of House Stark's rallies led by littleAIM that managed to secure the city and team prepared for the defense.

Unfortunately for OliverQ he had no bowmen on the battlefield, but he reinforced with cavalry anyway hoping it will absorb some of the damage and give the bowmen time to kill the enemy rallies. The plan worked but only for one of the rallies as without proper commanders his cavalry got massacred quickly and when the 2nd rally hit there were not enough forces left to defend so House Stark lost the city. Feeling like they can do more than just let the city fall in enemy hands, the House Stark warriors went back into rallying and within a few minutes they managed to take the city once again after a very bloody battle. All the 3 houses were succeeding into taking the city and it was looking like none of them is strong enough to keep 'it for the 4 minutes required but with every time they were managing to get in the House Stark managed to withstand the rallies a bit longer and do more and more casualties to the enemies until their medics couldn't keep up with all the wounded troops and they didn't manage to fill the rallies in time so House Stark emerged victorious in the City of Glory battle and without anything the other houses could do to change the outcome of the battle they emerged victorious in the round too.

Another excelent win for OliverQ, he's now at 3 wins in the last 3 rounds and he's rushing towards the Glory King rank, needing only 1 more win in the next round to achieve his goal. Will he be able to defeat the great dangers of the solo queue and emerge victorious once again? We'll have to wait and see. See you all on the battlefield!
