The War No One Could Escape - Ultimate Conquest Season 22 Round 3 - [N0X] vs [LEG]

After the extraordinary win they got against [UTB] word went around Westeros that [N0X] is not an alliance you'd want to mess with, and they were determined to live by that word in the next Ultimate Conquest round against [LEG]. For those that don't know [LEG], they are a very strong alliance in both alliance score and power and the ones that eliminated [N0X] in their prior participation in the Ultimate Conquest. Despite being outgunned, the [N0X] leadership was determined to have their warriors put the best fight they ever did and try to actually win against [LEG] so once again they started tailoring the strategy to fit for the upcoming fight.

Once they were done, the strategy was sent to the other warriors and since it was already Wednesday evening it was time for everyone to head towards the Ultimate Conquest battlefield. Tens of warriors from both sides were ready to enter the battlefield each having millions of troops with them, so once the battlefield gates opened and they started marching inside, the earth started trembling under their march.

With just a few seconds before the start of the fight, the numbers were looking about equal on both sides with 67 warriors for [N0X] and 69 warriors for [LEG]. The [N0X] racers equipped their flip-flops and prepared once again for the races that might decide the pace of the fight and the battle started with the opening off the first 4 buildings. Once again, the buildings got split equally between the 2 alliances, with [N0X] securing the temple of mother and tower of warrior with Atyaa and jacksonStorm and [LEG] took the 2 outposts with NemezisRelax and holtep. Once again [LEG] managed to win races with their rally leaders, so they didn't need to swap but [N0X] needed to and fortunately for them the swaps went great and now VERGO and Ser Enkii took the places of jacksonStorm and Atyaa respectively. [LEG] decided they want the temple more than the tower, so they quickly assembled a wave of rallies to try and eliminate VERGO.

11 rallies were heading towards the temple of mother now so the call for reinforcements was done by the shot called and every warrior in [N0X] listened for the call and they all prepared for battle

The battle that took place was one of epic proportions with millions and millions of troops clashing from both sides in one of the bloodiest battles that Westeros have seen.

Despite having their rallies well timed and getting the reinforcements as low as 8 people out of 25, [LEG] didn't manage to break [N0X] defense, and the temple remained in [N0X] hands. Now it was time for [N0X] to go on offense and try to get one of the outposts, their target of choice? holtep.

They decided to speed up rallies and that took [LEG] completely by surprise, they didn't reinforce in time and [N0X] was now leading 3 buildings to 1. It was now time for the ports to open and once again they were split equally, [LEG] got Targaryen Port with Arwen while [N0X] got the Lannister Port with Atyaa. [N0X] performed another very well-timed swap and DYW took Atya's place while [LEG] decided to keep Arwen there. With buildings secured, the alliances started looking for buildings to take from enemies and [LEG] did a wave on the port that took [N0X] by surprise, they didn't reinforce in time so now [LEG] had both ports and was leading in point per minute.

Casterly Rock was about to open and [N0X] needed that really badly, so they sent everyone to race for it and it was once again Atyaa that saved the day with a perfect race. Unfortunately, the swap was intercepted by holtep and [LEG] now had both ports and Casterly Rock, putting [N0X] in a very difficult place. "What can we do to recover from this they asked? We need to take ports. Ok how we take them? Let's try and solo WinStar."

The idea of soloing was great, and it saved a lot of time for [N0X] and now they were finally going somewhere. The solos were like a breath of fresh air and things started going better and better for them. Next target of choice was the Targaryen Port that Arwen managed to defend valiantly till then.

Despite winning quite some of the rallies, they didn't win enough to kick Arwen out of the port for now, so they decided to swap the target and go for holtep in Casterly Rock, they kicked him from the outpost so there shouldn't be a problem kicking him from CR, right?

Right, holtep couldn't stand against the wave of rallies that [N0X] sent towards him and with the slow reinforcements coming from his team-members he had no choice but to admit defeat and surrender the Casterly Rock to [N0X]. But [LEG] didn't just let things like that, and another epic battle started for CR with both alliances throwing everything they got best on the battle for it. The battle went back and forth for minutes after minutes with none of the alliances managing to take the upper hand and keep the castle for more than a few minutes and with the points being neck in neck with a slight advantage for [N0X], once again they were needing at least one of the mines to win the fight. Fortunately for [N0X] their racers were on high horses(flip-flops) this match and jacksonStorm(thank you Fleep) and Atyaa managed to take both of the mines and [N0X] decided to swap both at the same time.

Despite everyone's expectations, this worked very well and now Belore II and Bearface were holding the keys to the mines. [LEG] did everything in their power to take at least one of the mines but despite trying waves after waves of rallies, Bearface managed to fight valiantly against them and helped by [N0X] top notch reinforcements he managed to hold the mines enough for [N0X] to secure the win in this epic battle.

[N0X] managed to win yet another battle where the odds were heavily against them and they couldn't be happier with the result and being in the top 8 in what's probably the most known event across Westeros. Will [HD!] be able to stop [N0X] winning streak in the next match or they'll manage to do yet another perfect match and surprise everyone once again? We'll have to wait and see.
