Tet killed his first target - Devil ReZero, and the second target Vsolo was sleeping near. Yet Tet stopped shooting because he remembered the scout result. It showed that Vsolo had more and greater "defense amulet" on himself... He might not be as easy target even at sleep! So Tet decided to back down and lurk in the shadows - collect some thoughts and maybe, return again...

The Story continues.

================= Just Four More Shots =================

- This was so scary, the blood... I felt like I was doing it in front of the whole kingdom!! Is what Tet thought to himself and it exited him. - I need to become the fox in henhouse... Hmm, I definitively can do this the whole day!

Tet came to a conclusion that it's still worth to try shooting down Vsolo because after all, he is still sleeping and Tet will bite own nails of not even trying! After finishing with the Devil - he felt like one himself and had that inner feeling when you think you can do everything.

He slightly changed the position he was shooting from. On the Devil he used a type of bow that had a slight mix of t1 with t3 arrows and was really heavy on t4 ones. For Vsolo he decided to use the same setup that worked well before:

The first shot showed that Tet, in fact, couldn't do everything as easy as it seemed to him. This shot was not as successful as the ones he did on the Devil before! Vsolo's "amulet" was completely of different type, for example - Devil had more chances in succeeding at attacking someone, at the same time he was very vulnerable to the enemy attacks himself. While Vsolo has a completely different type of defense amulet and it's more focused on the defense.

- Well that did a lot of damage! The points on his amulet narrowed down a lot, I only didn't like the cost... Tet mumbled to himself. - I don't see a reason to stop - so if I may. After a slight mocking reverence, he equipped more t4 arrows and shot once more:

After checking the result Tet immediately said - Ugh, this one is a lil better, but still not enough! He was so engaged in this shooting like it was a real hunt where you need to struck down the biggest animal so it will bring you the highest value trophy. Not even checking what's left in his quill, Tet decided to continue shooting.

But it would've been much wiser from his side to check the quill... As sensei kept repeating - always be prepared and do not ever rush on the hunt. - An arrow sent in the wrong way might cost you a lot of time looking for a new target - it might also make you a target of it's own.

With the heavy blows of wind, arrows that Tet sent flying didn't deal as much damage to the enemy amulet as they did before.

Weather started to get real cloudy and windy, it looked like a rain is about to start. I must say - not the best time for shooting.

Tet seemed like didn't notice anything around him. So with the thoughts of finally getting done with Vsolo - Tet went for more arrows and just now realised that his quill is not even half but completely empty! It was a pure surprise for him, Tet very rarely was loosing his cool and ignored the reality before him. At least sensei only caught him twice... When Tet was practicing shooting a bow for the first time, and once more when Tet left him...

Trying to realize this and something more, for a few seconds Tet stood completely frozen. He was fighting his inner demon to get out of a shock phase and managed to do it while the skies and air at the kingdom was getting more greyish and darker.

After the shock was gone and a demon was won - Tet quickly backed down, made a small fire. And like in those survival games where near a campfire you are able to craft more things than simply at any location by hand - Tet made burned a bunch of resources, speed-ups and such stuff to make more arrows. He was so locked in that didn't even noticed how dark it got over a few minutes.

But the target is so low! He can't let it fade away in the dark, he can't lose it! Tet didn't had enough resources brought with himself for any more arrows...

And so the fourth & final shot was fired:

The truth that the amulet was showing is that Vsolo had 2M points of defense left. And Tet knew he don't have enough resources to keep shooting... nor he had any more time. It was few minutes more and the Westeros would fell into complete darkness...

But for minutes Tet stood still. He had a full controll of his body yet you couldn't believe what his eyes have seen. The results broke him.

If someone could see the forests at the dark - they would've notice a Tat running like a drank arrow through them.

If some could hear the words he say - they would hear only the mumbling:

- why..? Why? wHY!?

Tet ran through the forests, in the complete darkness.
