Hybrid March Guide
Introduction
The Hybrid March is one of the most popular and widely used formations in the game. Its name comes from the combination of two elements Earth and Wind creating a powerful synergy between immortals. For a long time, this march dominated the meta before major gameplay changes altered the battlefield balance.

1. The Immortals of the Hybrid March
Alexander the Great
Alexander the Great serves as the primary physical attacker in the Hybrid March. Known for his immense offensive capability and resilience, he delivers continuous high damage output while disrupting enemy formations. His attacks and passives make him both a strong damage dealer and an effective frontline warrior.
Hannibal Barca
Hannibal is the main damage dealer of the team. Famous for his multi-target attacks and high physical output, he can deal tremendous damage using both Cleave and Dragon Power effects. His attacks hit multiple enemies at once, making him particularly dangerous against back-row immortals.
Qin Emperor
Qin Emperor is the support core of the Hybrid March. He enhances allies with 50% attack speed and provides Cleave to Wind immortals (especially Hannibal), significantly increasing total team damage. Without Qin, the Hybrid March would lose much of its effectiveness and synergy.
Zenobia / Theodora
The final slot can be filled by either Zenobia or Theodora, depending on the player’s preference. Zenobia provides healing and stability, but Theodora often offers stronger and more consistent healing effects, enhancing the team’s resistance and endurance during prolonged battles.
2. The Core Idea of the Team
The Hybrid March focuses on two key principles:
1. High Physical Damage Output:
Hannibal Barca and Alexander the Great are among the strongest physical attackers in the game. Their combined power allows them to deal massive flat attack damage in short intervals.
2. Sustainability and Resistance:
Although not as dominant today, the Hybrid March used to excel in resilience — surviving for over a minute in battle. This durability comes from several factors: defensive buffs from the dragon, healing from Zenobia or Theodora, and supportive skills that reduce incoming damage.
3. How the Hybrid Works: Synergy Between Immortals
Alexander the Great:
Acts as the main initiator and frontline attacker. His passive abilities grant 50% attack speed, 50% extra damage, and immunity to control effects all active at the start of battle. His role is to disrupt the enemy’s front-line target, allowing Hannibal to finish opponents quickly.
Hannibal Barca:
The main damage source, capable of hitting multiple targets simultaneously. With Cleave and Dragon Power, Hannibal attacks both front and nearby back-row enemies. His passive bonuses of 50% attack speed and 50% physical damage ensure relentless offense. He excels against back-row units that rely on low defenses.
Qin Emperor:
Provides essential buffs to enhance attack speed and Cleave. His support allows Hannibal and Alexander to maintain consistent, high-frequency attacks. Qin’s presence transforms the Hybrid March from good to exceptional.
Zenobia / Theodora:
Provides healing and sustainability. Their role is to ensure the team’s survival long enough for Hannibal and Alexander to deal lethal damage. Theodora, in particular, offers stronger healing over time.
4. Recommended Skills for Each Immortal

Alexander the Great
Duel Master: Increases physical attack stats, enhancing total damage output.
Combo: Enables continuous attacks on the targeted enemy for higher sustained damage.
Physical Shield: Grants defensive protection, making Alexander capable of tanking threats like Tutankhamun or Peter the Great.
Hannibal Barca
Cleave: Allows multiple-target attacks, key to his damage potential.
Anger: Boosts physical damage for all team members during battle.
Onslaught / Fighting Master (Situational):
Onslaught is best against Shadow teams, as they offer limited control effects.
Fighting Master is ideal versus Earth teams or control-focused immortals like Attila.
Qin Emperor & Zenobia / Theodora
Their aura and grace skills benefit the entire team regardless of placement. Recommended skills include:
Oaken Guard, Defense Blessing, Speed Blessing, Berserk, Shelter, and War Blessing.
4 Exclusive Artifacts
Alexander the Great
The best exclusive artifact for Alexander is one that provides Speed with a Physical Attack Bonus. This combination increases both his attack power and attack speed, enhancing his overall performance in most situations.
However, if you use Bleed-based skills such as Blade Vortex or other Damage-over-Time (DoT) abilities, it’s better to equip Iron Fist instead. Its exclusive effect converts his main ability into a passive skill, which means it requires no energy regeneration or activation time staying active throughout the battle.

Hannibal Barca
For Hannibal, the best and most universally effective exclusive artifact is also Speed with an Attack Bonus. Since his strength lies in continuous normal attacks that trigger Cleave, increasing attack speed directly boosts his damage output.
His exclusive artifact effect transforms his Ultimate Ability into a passive skill, allowing it to activate automatically without consuming energy or requiring time to charge.

Qin Emperor
The best option for Qin is the Surge artifact, which increases energy regeneration speed by 25% at maximum level. This helps him maintain frequent skill usage, apply Wound effects to prevent enemy healing, and continuously support Alexander and Hannibal.
His exclusive effect enhances the Dragon’s Power ability, allowing its damage to affect two nearby targets instead of one, improving total team efficiency.

Zenobia / Theodora
For Zenobia or Theodora, the recommended artifact is Shining Light, ideally with a Dodge Rate bonus. Its exclusive effect increases the Attack Speed of healed allies by 25%, providing both healing and offensive benefits, which greatly improves the march’s overall endurance and performance.

Conclusion
The Hybrid March remains one of the most balanced and strategic formations, combining physical offense with endurance. When used effectively, its synergy between Alexander, Hannibal, and Qin Emperor can dominate both short and long battles.
