Convert the extra shards into sigils

Hi again, I have a question. Do we have an event where we can exchanges the Eternal+ Hero Shards into sigils, because I have a Scorpius Hero (and i got that in a lucky way yay) and I have extra shards for her. Let me know guys in the comment section under my post if we have that exchange event. Thanksssss! :)
