Cant swap Scylla for Mona

Hello Mods,

ss tycoon rank 2# swap of tycoon mystic exchange like to swap scylla for Mona however as you can see in the ss provided finished in 2# overall and you can see in the ss provided that tycoon mystic exchange is messed up and incorrect says need Eris icon to swap however as you can see in the tycoon ranking there is no Eris icon for swap you can also see in the tycoon mystic exchange says to swap Scylla for Mona which I have and does not work or swap for Mona icon please fix I have seen this appears to be a server wide bug/ issue for all servers could you please provide the Mona icon to me please via in game mail please do recall that when this has happened years ago it takes devs couple days to provide, fix send in game mail to collect that would be great if you could do this please if your asking what swap is it is simply to swap scylla icon for Mona hero crest please thank you
