As this season of Arena of Honor is getting closer and closer to its end, [N0X]OliverQ is still in pursuit of the goal he had at the season's start, getting over 260 fame points and possibly the Glory King rank. The first 10 rounds had ups and downs for him, sometimes winning from a sure losing positions and sometimes exactly the opposite, losing an almost sure win. He used the 2 weeks between the rounds to try and strengthen his commanders and dragons and much as possible, sadly for him his researchers are still very far away of discovering the valyrian steel, so for now he's still using troops of a tier lower than mostly everyone else in these Arena of Honor battles. The days flew by quickly and before he knew, it was time for him to departe towards the mercenary camps for another round of solo que, as he seems not able to find a team just yet. Upon his arrival at the camp, he headed directly to the registration tavern and signed the papers required for the registration and then waited along his commanders for the matchmaking to be done.

After just a few minutes the matchmaking was completed and the battlefield doors opened for the warriors to enter. Upon entering, OliverQ was assigned to House Greyjoy for this fight and along him there were also [TDw] La Louve, [BTa] AmnEzyja, [HD!] SSC, [AOA]NATALI, [LPO]kenobi bzh, [LPO]breizhlolo, [EdF]CARSTEN and [tSB]Pawcio1322. Once they got to know each other, everyone marched towards North-West forests of the battlefield, where the House Greyjoy's Clan Castle is located and set their camps for the fight. OliverQ took advantage of the last few minutes before the fight starts to send some scouts and see what the other houses are up to.

The news he got back were both good and bad, good that there weren't too many very strong warriors on the battlefield and bad cause a few of the houses decided to invite premade teams instead of teams from the mercenary camps. However, there were still good chances to win this round, and OliverQ was ready to give everything and help his team achieve the victory. Time for debating and strategizing ended as the round starting signal was heard and the strongholds right in front of the clan castle dropped their protection bubble, everyone in the team sent their military units to occupy them and as soon as the occupation time ended, it was time to send the constructors and start building them. OliverQ was once again assigned as commander on the battlefield and before giving orders to the constructors he took a quick look on what House Stark is doing and since they went with trading posts, he decided to mirror them and also build trading posts in hopes to later get City of Glory and win the round that way.

The construction got done just in time as it was time for the altars to start opening and every team's focus will change towards getting them and holding them for enough time to occupy them. The first few altars were occupied without any opposition from the enemy houses as everyone was focusing on getting their own house altars first, but as soon as more altars started to open, the fight for them lighten up as well. OliverQ tried to steal an Altar of Maiden from House Stark, but [BoL] Small C quickly noticed him in the altar and sent his forces trying to kick OliverQ out and retake the altar.

Quickly after the battle started it was clear that OliverQ's bowmen ain't a match for Small C's spears and he had to leave the altar in order to avoid even more troops getting wounded. But the main rule in Arena of Honor is: if you lost a battle just battle someone else as the battles are extremely active for the whole duration of the fight. It didn't take much scouting for OliverQ to find another target he could possibly solo, and he decided to try his luck against [BTa]Shadow Baby's infantry.

This fight went much better for OliverQ and he was able to win an Altar of Maiden, the most important altar when you build trading posts, for House Greyjoy. As they were approaching middle of fight it was now time for the City of Glory to open and as House Tyrell were keeping close in points with the 1st place, it was their chance to win this round.

For House Greyjoy it was [HD!]SSC that started a rally on the City of Glory with the hopes the other warriors will quickly reinforce his rally and he'll be able to send 'it right away.

And reinforcing they did, as soon as he was full, he sent the rally towards the City of Glory and as soon as he got to the gates, he was challenged by [N2D]Ned 2067's infantry. Despite his efforts, SSC's spears weren't a match for Ned's infantry, his commanders were much stronger and despite lots of troops getting wounded on both sides, ultimately SSC was the one that had to give up and leave the city premises as his loses were too big to handle.

Of course, that didn't just stop SSC from trying, he kept rallying the City of Glory every minute along with the warriors from other houses and the city of glory kept changing hands for most of the time remaining, that until the warriors of House Stark somehow managed to find the winning formula to defend the city and it somehow worked for them as they kept the city for the 4 minutes needed to get'it under their house banner.

That ruined House Greyjoy's plans of winning this round and they found themselves on 5th spot now with no chance to retake the City of Glory, so they had to change their plan a bit and do everything in their power to try and take some altars to increase their points generation and avoid losing fame points on this round. Their plan worked but only to a certain extent as there was not much time left to do anything important.

Kinda bitter-sweet round for OliverQ and his team, they managed to save themselves from losing fame points, but they didn't manage to win any. OliverQ remains with the same fame points and with hopes that the next round will be better for him. Will he be able to get a team or at least do better in solo que? Guess we'll have to wait and see. See you all on the battlefield!
