leveling up info needed

So, I have what I think is a bug in the game that is preventing me from leveling up my main character past 261. For some context my MC has been stuck at lvl261 for a few months, I have ascended to godlike, VIP13 and progressed the main story quests as far as needing to be lvl 264. I have submitted 2 tickets to support and haven't heard from them yet, so if someone could help me would be amazing and that will allow me to enjoy the game again.
