Intimacy bug

Hi, I have an issue with intimacy in the game. We have been building intimacy during a period of time and now for some reason we hit the mark 1974 and it doesnt max out. We have been doing several team dungeon, inferno and wyrm escort but it doesnt pass the 1974 mark. The normal mark is 1999 but it doesnt do anything anymore, is there someone can look up to this issue?
