Resource Tycoon (Cross-Server)

Though I received the Augustus Certificate, when I was about to collect the rewards for placing second, the game indicated that I do not have this Augustus Certificate and therefore, not entitled to receive the appropriate rewards for having this Certificate. I should get the rewards that are due me.

I have twice contacted your Support Team on this issue, but no one responded. As a rule, your Support Staff contacts me hours later, but days later... nothing!!!

I want this issue to be fixed before the reward(s) by tomorrow when the rewards deadline ends.
