💠Introduction
What’s up, folks? Welcome to my article where I will be taking a closer look at the latest event in Infinity Kingdom, the Original Festival event. The event is a seasonal event that makes its rounds around mid-April and Easter and is generally a good chance for players to get valuable rewards for free. Some items may not be worth it for certain tiers of players to spend resources chasing at a certain point so let’s take a look at where the value lies.

💠Overview
The event started on Friday, April 18, and will last until the end of Sunday, April 27. Players have 10 days to complete all the tasks and collect the rewards they want. The event is divided into numerous parts: sign-in rewards, a battle pass, challenges and trials, and a reward draw. Some parts of the event are easier to do than others, but not all rewards and quests are worth doing or spending money on, especially for certain types of players. This event is the same format as the Fourth Anniversary event and last month’s Goddess Festival so it’s safe to say every monthly and seasonal event will be similar for the foreseeable future.
💠 Sign-in Rewards
This is the easiest part of the event. All players have to do is sign in every day, navigate to the event section, and claim rewards. There are 10 rewards you can collect. Some days will give Gems while others will give Token of Light which can be used in the Dazzling Wishes section. In total, players can get up to 800 Gems and 5 Tokens of Light.

💠Thriving Spirit Battle Pass
The Thriving Spirit Battle Pass is still, in my opinion, the best part of the event for spenders. The battle pass has 2 tiers of rewards and 30 levels to complete. The free tier offers a total of 6 Tokens of Light and various speedups. The premium tier costs $49.99 and offers 10 Tokens of Light, 6,000 Gems, 60 Random Holy/Shadow Immortal Fragments, and a permanent Mt. Paradise castle decoration. The skin is in line with the previous couple of skins and offers 2% Troop HP as well as 5% Marching Speed. Comparatively, the City of Glory and the Goddess of Victory skins both have better effects. 5% increased Marching Speed is negligible unless you are sending troops extremely far away which is not efficient anyway. Therefore, if you already have one of the previous skins and have to pick and choose what to spend on, I would forgo the battle pass. The 6,000 Gems is also in line with other $49.99 bundles. The value of the 10 Tokens of Light is about $20. The pass is extremely good value if you want the skin and some extra Tokens of Light.

To increase the level of the pass, there are 8 missions a day that players can complete for 50 EXP each. Every level requires 150 EXP. To get to level 30, you will need 4,500 EXP or about 90 tasks. Throughout 15 days, there will be a total of 120 tasks so you can skip 30 tasks and still be able to complete the entire battle pass. The tasks range from simple ones like buying from the market to tasks that require more planning like completing a Dazzling Wish Draw. You may not always have Tokens of Light so plan accordingly and try to save enough to draw once a day.
💠 Glorious Challenge
Glorious Challenges are similar to Well of Time campaigns. Players select a team to tackle each challenge and beating each challenge will net you Gems for first-time clear rewards and Wondrous Coins that you can trade in for rewards in the Celebration Shop. Completing each level unlocks a raid feature. There are 2 modes. The Normal Mode is available at the start of the event and goes up to level 16. The levels are extremely easy and most players should not have much difficulty clearing them. The Hard Mode unlocks after 3 days and will be similar to the Elite Well of Time campaigns. You get 5 free attempts a day and it refreshes every day at 0:00 UTC. The attempts only disappear if you succeed so you can keep trying until you win. You can also purchase up to 35 additional attempts in the shop for 3,000 Gems, but I would save those for the Hard Mode levels for additional coins. Additionally, players with the fastest clear times will appear on the level’s ranking ladder.

💠 Pinnacle Trial
Pinnacle Trials are much the same and extremely similar to the Glorious Challenges except that players only get 1 attempt a day and cannot purchase additional tickets. The rewards are significantly better too. There are 10 levels and it offers gifts of 50 Random Immortal Fragments, 48 Random Holy/Shadow Immortal Fragments, and 5 Tokens of Light. The Random Holy/Shadow Fragment levels would be my target as a player without Chaos immortals. Those with Chaos immortals should try for Tokens of Light. The later stages are difficult and low spenders will likely have issues beating them. Fret not as you can still raid previous stages for 5 Random Immortal Fragments.

💠 Dazzling Wish
Players can use Tokens of Light to open Dazzling Wish chests for rewards. Players can get a total of about 31 Tokens for free. The Thriving Spirit Battle Pass will also yield 10. Players can purchase additional Tokens of Light from bundles. You can get 5, 10,15, 25, and 50 Tokens of Light for $9.99, $19.99, $29.99, $49.99, and $99.99 which puts each token at about $2 apiece. You can purchase 7 of each a day. There is also another one-time $49.99 bundle that features 20 tokens and the exclusive and dynamic Anima avatar frame. You can get several different rewards from Dazzling Wish, but the most valuable prizes are the Chaos-related rewards. The chances of getting any Chaos chests are less than 4%. Additionally, new to this event, Dazzling Wish also features 10 Ability Stone Selection Chests that contain Chaos Storm, Blood Frenzy, and Psionic Tide shards. Since the rates of the coveted items are so low, I would not purchase any Token of Light bundles. Anima may be worth it for collectors.

💠 Celebration Shop
Players can trade in their Wondrous Coins for prizes. Everyone should aim to get all the important items, namely the 15 Tokens of Light, The Wizard of Oz avatar frame, Mushroom chatbox, 2 Artifact Selection Chests, and 500 Stardust. The cosmetics and collector’s items will cost a total of 1,700 coins. The artifact chests cost 2,000 apiece and the Stardust costs 1,000 per 100. Tokens of Light will run for 6,000 coins. It sums up to 16,700 coins. The first 16 levels of the Glorious Challenges will net you 1,890 coins. Even if you raid level 16 on Normal Mode for the rest of the 9 days, you can get a total of 9,540 coins, enough to get most of the items. The Hard Mode challenges will yield more coins. If you forgo the 15 tokens, you can already get everything else. By the end, there should only be extra Superior Resource Optional Chests and Superior Speedup Chests left and you should still be able to claim some of those.
💠Summary
In my opinion, this event format has only gotten better with each iteration. This time, the addition of Tokens of Light to the free tier of the Battle Pass and the addition of the Ability Stone Selection Chests to Dazzling Wishes makes this event better than last month’s. There is a little something for everyone and even non-spenders can get great value out of the event. That said, the best items to aim for non-spenders are still the 500 Stardust. Dazzling Wish is still currently the only way to obtain Apollo so it’s something for high spenders to consider.
