city works fine but when i try to load world it is stuck at 69 percent,reloaded game and restated computer still stuck,been trying for 3 hours? whats up

That sounds like it may be a BigPoint Games issue as I am not having any issues on the GTarcade Platform. Since BigPoint is a third-party platform, I would reach out to the BigPoint Customer Service for a remedy.

i did however my 2nd account is also locking up at the same point and thats on GT

If you are using the GTarcade Desktop App, try toggling on/off VPN and/or firewall. If that does not work, try reinstalling the GTarcade Desktop App. Let me know if that works for you!
