SKR’s tough journey ahead in Alliance Conquest

The Alliance Conquest season was relentless, and for SKR, who had just lost their previous round, the third round looked like their chance of getting back on track, but it was going to be a difficult challenge. SIR ST, the best fighter of SKR was thrilled to take on this challenge, as he alone would be able to make most opponents that face SKR tremble, he was not one to let his alliance down, unless he was put against a challenge greater than him.

SKR had won their first round, meaning they were still on track to reaching their 3 wins this season, which was their own goal, as they had no plans of qualifying for the Ultimate Conquest tournament.

Their opponent for the third round was N0X, a familiar yet and incredible alliance that had always defeated SKR every time they met in any sort of event. SIR ST, however, knew he was stronger than their regular members, and that was what determined him to give it his all and bring the first win to SKR. He knew this was a chance to prove that SKR could rise above its history and achieve feats never done before by the alliance.

The plans for the round were pretty simple, capture the buildings with the races and hold for as long as possible, SIR ST will handle the offense, he will capture any buildings needed.

Now they had arrived onto the battlefield, very determined and ready to change history. But as the teams came face to face with each other, a troubling reality emerged for SIR ST and SKR, N0X was receiving reinforcements from WxC, a few of their rally leaders had joined them to secure the victory and boost N0X in the rankings. WxC is one of the most powerful alliances in Westeros and this meant that SKR's hopes and dreams were crushed in an instant, they had no chance at winning anymore, they had to change their approach. SIR ST’s heart sank at the sight, knowing how significant an advantage this help gave their opponents. The odds, already stacked against SKR, now were impossible to surpass.

Realizing that victory was unlikely, SIR ST gathered everyone from his alliance and brought up a a new goal for them to reach and attempt: they were now going to try and achieve at least 30,000 points. It wouldn’t be an easy task, as they would need to capture buildings in other to get it, but it was achievable if they fought together and gave it their all. “We may not win this round, but as long as we reach 30k, we've won in our hearts.” he told his team, hoping that they all share the same feelings as him about the match.

The first races began, and SKR’s racers dashed toward the initial buildings with little hope, but to their surprise, one of the buildings was secured: the far outpost, the other ones were all lost. The building that the managed to capture was a small glimmer of hope for their goal. But N0X’s fighters, thanks to the warriors of WxC, quickly overwhelmed them with solo attacks. The building was lost, and the points SKR had begun to accumulate slipped away.

SIR ST, refusing to give up, launched a series of solo attacks on the mother to reclaim a building for SKR, and he had done so, followed then by an outpost. They were incredible efforts that spoke volumes of his strength. Despite his wins however, he knew that the celebration was short-lived, and it would only bring a few points, but they were better than none in his mind. Even with his strength, N0X easily reclaimed the buildings.

When the Ports unlocked, SKR’s racers gave their best effort, but N0X won both, no chance given to the SKR racers whatsoever. The gap between the alliances grew wider in points, N0X almost already securing their win, but SKR was pushing forward to reach their 30k points goal. SIR ST was soloing relentlessly, but sadly without success anymore.

The final race for Casterly Rock was no different than the ones on the port, SKR had no chance, hadn't gotten close to it. Despite their determination, SKR couldn’t match N0X’s speed and strength, they couldn't reach 30k.

The match continued with attacks between the hives of the two alliances, but once it ended, SKR had fallen short of their 30k goal. Yet, in the aftermath, there was no bitterness among the members of SKR, instead, there was pride that they had stood together, giving it their all and refused to surrender their spirit, even against overwhelming odds.

For SIR ST, the loss was a painful reminder of how far they still had to go, but it also reaffirmed his belief in his team’s potential as they had the spirit and motivation necessary to pursue even more than their current state. With every match, SKR was learning and growing,the road to success would be long, but SIR ST knew they were heading in the right direction.

As SKR prepared for the next round, they carried the lessons of their defeats with them, ready to try and bounce back to earn their three wins of the season.
