💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my article where I will be taking a look at the latest event in Infinity Kingdom, the Days of Gratitude. The event is an annual seasonal one that makes its rounds around Thanksgiving and is generally a good chance for players to get valuable rewards for free. Some items may not be worth it for certain tiers of players to spend resources and AP chasing at a certain point so let’s take a look at where the value lies and determine whether the event is worth spending on.

💠Table of Contents

  • Overview
  • City of Warmth
  • Gratitude Gift
  • Amnesty Ceremony
  • Sweetness Gathering
  • Summary

💠Overview

The event started on Friday, November 22, and will last until the end of Monday, December 2, giving players ten days to complete all the tasks and collect the rewards they want. The event is divided into three parts: sets of daily tasks, crafting, and rewards. Some parts of the event are easier to do than others, but not all rewards and quests are worth doing. These events usually only last five days, making this an outlier.

💠City of Warmth

This portion of the event consists of sets of daily tasks. Every day, there are six tasks to complete, ranging from challenging the Arena 10 times to raiding Well of Time stages 50 times. Each completed task will grant 10 points towards a random reward. Every 12 points allows players to open one reward so players can open up to five per day. The chests contain Ancient Spirits Selection Chests, Philosopher’s Stones, Major SP Potions, Major AP Potions, 60-minute Speedups, and resources. Once the 24 hours is up, a new set of tasks will commence and previous tasks will no longer be accessible. Each task also gives 30 Gems, five Tasty Sweet Corns, and five Warming Hearts. All of the tasks are simple to complete, but the most expensive one is the Arena challenges as you will need to spend 100 Gems per day to complete it.

💠Gratitude Gift

Players can gather and collect resources, defeat gnomes, and battle bosses for a chance to obtain Gratitude Chests that can be opened for Tasty Sweet Corn, 5-minute Speedups, and resources. You will get one chest for about every three gnomes and every boss battle will usually drop one chest. Gathering and collecting resources don’t give as many chests but it will supplement the AP you’ll use for gnomes and bosses.

💠Amnesty Ceremony

Warming Hearts can be used to pardon turkeys. Players can grant amnesty to up to 20 turkeys and every turkey requires 15 Warming Hearts. Since 20 pardons require 300 Warming Hearts, you cannot afford to miss a single task in the City of Warmth portion. There are three tiers of passes you can get for rewards and the best items you can get are the Pumpkin Pies which can be traded in for rewards. The free tier features 15 Pumpkin Pies. The Gem tier costs 3,500 Gems and gives 25 Pumpkin Pies as well as this year’s Heartwarming Feast Avatar Frame and Autumn Vibes chat box. The premium tier costs $19.99 and features 40 Pumpkin Pies, 200 Stardust, and a dynamic avatar frame. Additionally, players can also get Pumpkin Pies from the Star of Popularity event.

💠Sweetness Gathering

At the Sweetness Gathering, players can trade in their Pumpkin Pies and Tasty Sweet Corn for rewards. Spenders can purchase additional Pumpkin Pies from the Black Friday Special Bundles. They cost $4.99, $9.99, and $19.99 for 8, 16, and 24 pies, respectively. Each pack can be purchased once per day throughout the event. The first two bundles have the best value.

For free-to-play players, you get 80 Pumpkin Pies for free, but unless get 20 or more pies from Star of Popularity, you won’t be able to get any useful items. Crimson Moonlight is the only thing under 100 pies and those are useless for free-to-play, low-spenders, and mid-spenders. Therefore, I would forgo the Gems and Premium passes entirely. For collectors, the two frames and chat box will cost 3,500 Gems and $19.99. For spenders, you would need to purchase at least $70 worth of bundles to get 180 pies for the 80 Fate of Chaos Selection Chests, assuming you don’t get any from Star of Popularity. Comparatively, it’s decent value unless you need the Exclusive Artifact fragments from the Chaos Roulette.

💠Summary

In my opinion, despite the event lasting ten days, there aren’t many valuable items free-to-play, low-spenders, and mid-spenders are yearning for. The event is mostly catered to high-spenders who have their sights on developing their Chaos immortals. Everyone else should complete as many tasks as they can, skip the Arena tasks, and claim as many rewards that cost Tasty Sweet Corn as they can.
