stuck on lvl 260

anyone else had a issue like this, im 100% on level 260 on the bottom bar and as soon as i add a little ,more experience it goes to 06 on the bottom bar and i do not level up to 261, it very frustrating , tried to send ticket and it does not show, even emailed direct and still no joy.
