📕Story Background
In a village, Susan was a highly disliked person. Thus, when news of her death spread, few were surprised. She was found dead in the church parking lot while Sunday services were ongoing inside the church. The police found a bullet hole in her forehead, and it was evident that the bullet had been fired from the top of the adjacent 25-meter-tall bell tower.
When Detective Maitre arrived at the scene, his assistant had already identified four suspects.
First was Reverend Whitney. Susan had a habit of flaunting herself in church and relentlessly mocking others. Many avoided attending church to steer clear of her, much to Reverend Whitney's annoyance.
The second was Carol, Susan's cousin. After Susan's mother, Carol's aunt, passed away, she left Susan with a considerable amount of money. Susan's constant boasting about this in Carol's presence nurtured a deep-seated resentment in Carol.
Third was Annie, who was born with a disability, making it difficult for her to walk. Susan frequently ridiculed her, leading to severe arguments and a lasting dislike between them.
Lastly, there was Victor, a war veteran. Injured in the war, his eyesight was impaired, yet Susan relentlessly taunted him, calling him a "blind man." This deeply troubled him.
After the assistant's report, Detective Maitre smiled slightly and said, "I know who the murderer is."
Who is the murderer?
(This story is absolutely fictional. Any inconsistencies with common sense work for the plot)

----- Previous answer (Bloodred Circus) -------
The criminal is Mary. Her claim that the bloodstain came from "brushing against him just now" was implausible, considering that Latte had been dead for seven to eight hours. By then, his blood would have clotted, making it impossible for it to freshly stain her sleeve.
