[Review] Server Sleuth: Summary and Analysis of Servers 276 Through 280 in Infinity Kingdom

💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my edition of Server Sleuths where I’m going to take a look at each server, five servers at a time, to give you all the details from their rankings and Legion of Frostborne(LoF) efforts to their world chat and activeness. Players are always looking for new servers to jump to and scout for LoF so I hope to provide some information on servers so you don’t have to make accounts for those you’re not interested in. Space Portals are an expensive investment so this can serve as a guide for you to determine which server may best suit your playstyle. I will also be updating the server rankings on the Infinity Kingdom Discord Community as we go along. In this article, we’ll take a look at servers 276 through 280.

💠Server 276

Server 276 is a one-color server that is home to Phoenix Rising(PhR). The Ydvia alliance has 113 members with a total of about 52 million power. The top five range from 144k to 230k power, but two of the five aren’t in any alliances and one is in an inactive alliance. It’s clear that the bottom three of the five are not active. The top three use Water, Lightning, and Earth marches, respectively. In their first KvK event, PhR ended with barely anything. They had 1,000 points by the end and lost to Server 275. Despite not having a lot of players, PhR is capable of completing COR and crowning kings. The migration limit is set at 800,000 power. The chats are fairly active with messages every day, but only a few people engage in conversations. Server 276 isn’t a great long-term server with good potential growth. I suggest looking at other young servers for similar but more competitive communities.

💠Server 277

Server 277 is a red and green server. The top alliance from each faction has similar faction power but most players reside within the Ruslan alliance wind-blown(WB). WB shelters 119 players with a total of 87 million power. The Vitas alliance Ring of Rebels(ROR) houses 83 players with a total of 47 million power. The top five players range from 223k to 264k power with two of the top three using Shadow marches and the other using Lightning. In the server’s first and current season of KvK, they agreed to split the map with Server 280, netting their first win. The current migration limit is set at 1.1 million power and WB completes every COR rotation. The chats are fairly active, but it seems to indicate that intra-server relations aren’t always cordial. Server 277 has potential, especially with some spenders. Whether they will survive in the long term remains to be seen.

💠Server 278

Server 278 is a two-color server. Sugar, spice, and everything nice created the Ydvia alliance PowerPuff Girls(PPG). The alliance has 107 members with a total of 66 million power. The Vitas alliance NEKOMA(NKM) has 127 members with a total of 76 million power. The top five players have powers between 225k to 263k. Four of them are in PPG. The top three players are currently fielding Shadow, Shadow, and Earth marches, respectively. In their current KvK season, they retain eight cities, but they are unable to make it past the first zone. They will have to settle for the leftovers Servers 277 and 280 left them. They have similar power levels to 277, but Server 280 must have made the difference. There is currently no migration limit set and anyone can join the server. 278 rotates COR between their two alliances without issue. The chats are lively and active as well. 278 has potential with spenders, but will likely keep matching against Servers 278 and 280 for the foreseeable future.

💠Server 279

Server 279 is also a two-color server that is shared by the Ruslan alliance cute puppy(SS) and the Vitas alliance Infinity Kingdom(UFO). SS houses 92 players with a total of 59 million power while UFO has 117 members with a total of 66 million power. The top five players range from 167k to 265k power with the top three all using Shadow marches. Most of the power resides in UFO. 279 is currently in its augural KvK season and they are not doing so hot. They control six cities in Zone 1 and have largely been conquered by Server 280. They lost cities in their starting zone and will unlikely get them back. The migration limit is set at one million power. The server completes every COR rotation with ease and rotates between the two alliances. The chats are active and the server is a decent community to play in.

💠Server 280

Lastly, Server 280 is a three-color server that is led by the Ydvia alliance Iceland(ICE), the Ruslan alliance Win-win cooperation(WW), and the Vitas alliance Strongest Empire(WWG). ICE holds 118 members with a total of 84 million power, WW has 95 players with a total of 46 million power, and WWG has 86 players with a total of 40 million power. ICE currently controls all of the Capitals in Norheim, presumably for KvK purposes. The top five players range from 228k to 256k power with the top three using Earth, Shadow, and Shadow marches, respectively. In their inaugural KvK season, 280 allied with Server 277 to dominate Servers 278 and 279. They will split the center. They rotate COR between the three alliances except during KvK and the migration limit is currently set at one million power. 280 strives to maintain a balanced community that fosters growth for spenders and free-to-play members. They even have a Discord server catering to their players. 280 seems to have good leadership who can establish relationships during KvK and their chats are active as well.

💠Summary

Server 276 is the oddball out of all the five servers. It has the least spenders and I question the long-term prospects. Servers 277, 278, 279, and 280 are all very similar in the way that all five have more than one faction. All of their top three players and rankings look similar as well. Server 280 has the most players, but any one of them should be a good option for migration.
