The last rounds of Alliance conquest always set an emotional end of a season, qualifying many into ultimate conquest season and breaking other alliances spirits. Many groups contemplate their strategies and negotiate with other alliances for better placements and occasionally try hard themselves just to reach qualifiers, whether groups switch their usual event time slots or bargen they still must pull of the wins necessary to rank and that's where NFI (NoFreakingIdea sits. At this moment sat at rank 14 which will have gotten them into the season, but with the last round to go and having already skipped previous matchup to avoid a heavy lose which may have ended their season, NFI had to challenge whichever foe they may be put against.

Switching themselves to match 1, which match is held at 1gmt, unlike their usually match 4 event times, they knew the risk of running into more powerful foes was possible, but this was seen to be most reliable to not only avoid foes but also keep as many players active as possible. expecting DUM to also be going into match 1 they would take any higher ranked opponent first and whoever left for NFI. But disaster struck, and the worse case scenario happened, DUM must have switched time slots along with WTF (DracaRYS) and leaving NFI will have to face up against WTF, a dominant force who have won the Ultimate conquest title before. Though they may not have their whole lineup like in previous seasons, players like Queeny, Josehf, Queen of Sin and Athena D God were still feared players in any roster, and are the core of what would make WTF much stronger then NFI

But not all hope was lost for NFI, they had enough power with Frozor, Vitoo and Barlab all being very strong players individually willing to put their hearts into winning this match for NFI who have been reorganizing their alliance structure to better their performance in events. But is this going to be enough to beat WTF?

The match begins with 87 players from NFI and 77 from WTF, a slight numerical advantage for NFI who will need as much aid to overcome the power gab in their alliances, and with the match beginning both raced for the initial buildings, with WTF taking Mother and warrior while NFI take both outposts

WTF took the opportunity to swap both Mother and Warrior towers at the same time to split the focus of NFI, proving to be successful for the Mother which got reinforced well however the Warrior had fallen into NFI hands and now they have the blessings of bravery buff which boosts total base attack by 15 along with breaking WTF's blessing of the sevens buff which increases healing speed by 20 percent and total base attack by 10. NFI had taken the strong start and made a swap of their own, going for the enemy outpost switching in Rony who was one of the better defender players for them.

Rally horns sounded from both Alliances, with NFI quickly launching against the Mother tower and WTF going for the Lannister outpost, the speed of this match would really challenge NFI as this fast pace action is a first for this season. Though during this time the Targaryen outpost was swiftly captured by WTF solo onslaught. NFI was the first team to launch their rallies and quickly marched to the Tower of mother, easily occupying it they turned their attention to defending. Though their rally timing being way tighter then NFI's they struggled initially to capture the outpost but quickly overwhelmed Rony with their flurry of rallies, additionally taking back mother in the process too giving them much more combat advantage.

The ports had soon opened, NFI swift reaction was able to capture both ports. unfortunately in an effort to be fast they had attempted to switch their port for a better rally lead and in the process lost it to WTF.

Casterly Rock had been up next for capture, with this time WTF being the ones to occupy first, but that wouldn't mean all hope is lost, as many players from NFI would be slow marching for the castle too, and as if luck was on their side, in the instance WTF swapped one of their leads into Casterly, BARLAB countered them in an instant, taking it for NFI.

Soon after a wave of WTF rallies would have launched against NFI port, easily knocking out Nicster14 and for the most part balancing out the map between the two Alliances

Swift action was taken to occupy the Targaryen ports for NFI after their other was lost, rallies filled and quickly the ports were taken by NFI who focused on getting as many buildings with points and breaking buffs WTF may of had, their strategy of not focusing on buildings like the warrior did mean that for the most part WTF had an even greater power gab between NFI, but in a match were all the points matter and winning by margins would have meant NFI will be in or out of playoff season, this may have been their best option.

A mass of solo attacks from NFI was launched against the Mother tower in an effort to capture it for healing in the short term, and while WTF focused on their rallies against Casterly rock, they were successful in taking the mother tower, unlike WTF who were unsuccessful in knocking down the walls of Casterly Rock and the lord BARLAB defended.

The current match points were in NFI favor, with a well 7,000 point lead and the mines approaching they'd still have to defend well enough and at least occupy one mine in order to win, but with WTF having all the building buffs on the field they will have great advantage over NFI.

if as if a demon had finally woken up, Josehf was in the match and had taken the lannisters port. With most rally leads in NFI being Cavalry it would be unrealistic to contest this and rather keep him in the building to not threaten any other building defense.

Finally the moment which determines the finishing act of this match, the mines opened full of riches for either team to capture. All racers marched for the mines and as if fate was not on NFI side, both mines were captured by WTF and worse yet Queeny had taken one of them. Being one of their best leads and NFI currently having both Frozor and BARLAB in buildings already they weren't an option to attack.

Rallies filled as quickly as the horns sounded, NFI needing to get at least one mine no matter who would have occupied it, their troops marched as quickly as could to reach the depths of the mines and kick out WTF. But their luck was spent too early in the match and WTF had a bubble waiting ready to intercept the bulk of NFI's forces and stall them for a whole minute from the mines.

Queeny had to be the next best target for NFI, even just to stall them out of mines and delay their points gathering even by a bit, their troops continually attacked but just weren't enough to beat out Queeny and her impregnable defense and reinforcements.

The second attempt against the Targaryen mine proved to be as successful as against Queeny, taking out many of the enemies defense but not yet being enough to knock out their rally leader.

NFI's final attempt, even just to close the gap between the Alliances they'd still need to compete in buildings needing to capture many in order just to pull the score back and possibly win, the last bit of rally boots were purchased and it was do or die for NFI. But such pressure was uncommon for NFI and many of the rally timing was off leading to ample time for WTF to reinforce the mines defenses, and unfortunately they were able to take all remaining points.

WTF may have been depleted compared to other seasons of Alliance conquest, but their might and strategy were just too much for NFI, their tactical hold of the warrior and outpost gave them a greater edge in power to NFI and it proved to be enough in their last important defenses in the mines. Though may have seeming unfortunate in matchmaking for NFI, they were resilient and did test a much more powerful Alliance then themselves but will likely miss the playoff season due to this lose. Still much to learn for NFI as they will grow from this and will get to look forward to their next matchup against WTF
