Spotlight on Immortal : Tomyris

Hi everyone, i’m PO PandaMoratia. In today’s article we will talk about The Immortal Tomyris.

Concept : 

Tomyris is a Shadow Support Bowmen Immortal, her mechanic is to confuse an opponent and increase your team damage if her target is below 50% troops remaining.

Exclusive Artifact : 

I value it as Moderate. The Exclusive Artifact changes the increased damage threshold from 50% to 70% making it easier to trigger.For the stats, i would aim to get a Dodge % main attribute and Surge as special.

Skills : 

Has a Support, all the classic batteries of Support Skill work very well on her. However some have higher interest than others.

Adrenaline Rush : The more you cast her ultimate, the more confusion you can bring.

Assist : Since her HP state doesn’t impact her utility, she is a perfect candidate to be a bodyguard.

Energy Shield : If used in a Shadow march, the shield can help you keep your immortal above the 60% threshold for Melanthios’s increased damage.

Rage Blessing : Shadow March usually wants to go early on, so you can start to control the opponent before he gets to move.

Best friends : 

Himiko and Melanthios paired with Tomyris is a very deadly combo. The dragon will put someone directly below the increased damage threshold and Himiko will throw into the void the healthiest backliner, excluding him from Tomyris’s potential target, increasing the chance to hit immortal below the threshold.

Conclusion : 

With one of the highest energy regen of the entire game and a very powerful confusion control in her arsenal, Tomyris is a very solid immortal. Not stuck to a Shadow march, she can be flexible and adapt to pretty much any march that would have a support slot to provide. She still prefers fairly quick battles and will perform better in a Burst or MidRange march rather than in a late game one with a long preparation period.
