Hi everyone, i’m PO PandaMoratia. In today’s article we will talk about the mechanic behind the Tower of Knowledge (later ToK) skill Phantom Agility.

Phantom Agility is not a Premium skill currently and is available for everyone at ToK level 53. While everyone can use this skill, it is mostly recommended for Attack Frontliner.

Concept :

Everytime you dodge an attack, your next ultimate skill damage will be increased by 20%, stackable 3 times. After you use your Ultimate Skill, the stacks are cleared and you can start getting stacks again.

In order for this skill to have any effect at all, it requires that you dodge some attacks in the first place. Since the Dragon Talent tree update, it is very easy to have high accuracy and it kicked the dodge strategy out of the meta. It remains viable in some specific game modes where there is no Dragon Talent tree activated, such as Illusion Battle League and Open Arena.

Good combinaison :

There are two towers of knowledge skills that will work well with this skill. Misleading and Lost Dimension. If you really want to go all in on the dodge strategy, Agile can be used, but i wouldn’t recommend it.

Then you have an obvious good synergy with the Wind Dragon that will decrease the opponent's team accuracy and two immortals that stand out, Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Manco Capac.
