Concept : 

During the event, servers in the Relocating servers column will be offered a free migration toward one of the Target servers column. The migration will be free and no space portal will be used. 

The idea is to help repopulate servers which are active by moving the player base of pretty inactive servers.

Simply click on “Relocate” on the server you wish to relocate to from the event window, choose your kingdom and complete the migration.

You are in a Relocating Server : 

If you are in a Relocating Server you want to create a scout or know someone who has one in all 3 or 4 Target servers available to you. But also in the same Relocating Server bracket as yours.

What you are looking for in Target servers is pretty easy : 

-Are they organised (having a discord for the server easy to access, like in the description of top alliance) or in civil war. (Civil war should be an immediate turn down).

-How many Alliance are active and if only one, do they have a potential shell to have a second one. 

-At which time do they usually run their events ?

-Does server rules make sense to you and are something you can work with ?

-Is the population active and friendly (World Chat can be a good way to take the temperature, so is the discord).

For other Relocating Server in your bracket, you may want to reach out to the leader of the active player in there to make a common decision and have a high impact on the Target Server by migrating a lot of players at the same spot.

You are in a Target Server : 

You want to make sure your discord server is easy to access, put the link in the description of all major alliances, send it daily with king mail. Be aware of World Chat who may be visited by many scouts, and be ready to answer their questions and be friendly.

Make sure you have enough room for everyone, using shell alliance if necessary.

You may want to create a scout in all Relocating Server of your bracket to promote and sell your server. Why should they migrate to your server instead of the other options ?

This is a very unique opportunity to get a massive amount of new players and really give a second breath of life to your own server. You want to be diligent and active about it.

Conclusion : 

There is plenty of time to study and make the very best decision to where you are going. I highly recommend sticking together with active players on your server and rally other Relocating Server to move with you at the same Target server, to have a really big impact. And fully revitalise your destination. This is a rare and extremely beneficial event and you want to make the most of it.
